This season, she’s been seeing Pedro Jimeno‘s friend Villa Garcia, whom she met during their first night in the Dominican Republic. However, during Episode 9, Liz confessed that she’s been seeing someone back home, too.
According to Liz, she’s been dating a guy named Alec, who wants to be in an official relationship. Hoping to explore her single era during her trip, she left without committing. She told viewers, “I’ve waited such a long time for just one good person to walk into my life that never did I imagine that there would be two.”

Are Liz Woods and Alec still together?
At this time, it is unclear whether Liz is still dating Alec today. However, popular 90 Day bloggers have speculated that Liz and Alec are still an item, and may have even gotten engaged since the show filmed. One account claimed, “Back in June 2025, a fan saw Alec propose to Liz at a festival in Seattle.” Right before Episode 9 aired, Liz deactivated her Instagram account.
As of Episode 9, Liz is still spending time with Villa. That said, she revealed, “I have been keeping a secret pretty much the whole time since arriving in the DR.” While her relationship with Villa could have just been a fling, she admitted that she has feelings for him, too.

According to Liz, she met Alec “about three months” before the season was filmed in May 2024, right after she broke up with Jayson Zuniga. She told viewers, “His name is Alec, and we just clicked. Alec wants a relationship with me, but I’ve never been single, so I told Alec I was coming on this trip and I wanted to date.”
