What To Know

  • Gino Palazzolo has been dating Natalie on Season 5 of 90 Day: The Single Life.
  • Gino recently overheard a phone call between Natalie and her daughter, Bella.
  • He decided to break up with Natalie instead of trying to win over her daughter.

Last week on 90 Day: The Single Life, Natalie‘s daughter, Bella, told her, “I can’t stand by and watch you embarrass yourself with a troll like Gino.” Now, Natalie and Gino have revealed where their relationship stands after her explosive phone call with Bella. Spoiler alert… It did not end well.

This season on the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, 90 Day: The Single Life, Gino Palazzolo spread his wings, embarking on his first relationship after breaking up with Jasmine Pineda. After meeting on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9, Gino decided that he wanted to make things exclusive with Natalie, a 53-year-old with two adult children.

While the couple made things official before Gino met her children, Natalie made it clear that she would break up with him if her children didn’t approve of their relationship. As she put it, “If my kids don’t accept him, I don’t know how I can continue a romantic relationship with him.” Once Natalie’s daughter, Bella, met Gino, it was clear that their relationship had hit a roadblock.

“When I visited Natalie a few weeks ago in LA, her daughter was calling me a lot of bad, nasty names, and I could tell she did not like me,” Gino explained. “And Natalie was basically saying that Bella’s opinion mattered a lot to her and gave Bella the power to reject our relationship.”

Natalie noted, “Bella’s only seen me in one toxic relationship after the other, so I understand why she has her doubts about Gino. If Gino makes an effort to show her that he is serious about me, that he really does want a second chance, I know that she would come around. But it’s not going to happen overnight.”

Instead of attempting to prove himself, Gino videocalled Natalie to let her know that he no longer wanted to pursue a romantic relationship. He told Natalie, “I think that you are an amazing person. You are very friendly and kind with a good heart. Like, we get along, and I love that. But, you know, like, I mean, ever since LA, I guess, I feel, you know, I’ve just been thinking about it, and I feel like you and I make very good friends, and that we could be very good friends together.”

Later, Natalie told viewers, “I think Gino didn’t want to put in the work. I just don’t think he has the emotional maturity… I’m done with mediocre men. I’m done with the bare minimum because I really set the bar low for myself. And I 100% think I deserve way better than Gino.” At the same time, Gino told viewers, “I would be really hurt if she didn’t want to continue our friendship.”
