Who is Milly Alcock?
Amelia “Milly” Alcock is a 26-year-old Australian actress from Sydney. Before landing the leading role in Supergirl, Alcock was best known for playing young Rhaenyra in House of the Dragon and Simone DeWitt in Sirens. Australian fans may also recognize her as Meg from Upright.

Is Milly Alcock in a relationship?
Yes, Alcock is in a relationship. She is dating London-based chef Jo Powell. Alcock first appeared on Powell’s Instagram on June 22, 2025, when he posted, “Thank you Lisbon for tasting so great.” Along with photos together, Powell posed in a shirt reading “I [heart] my girlfriend.” While the two have been posting PDA-filled content since summer 2025, the couple made things red carpet-official at the BAFTAs in February 2026.

What does Milly Alcock’s boyfriend do for a living?
Powell runs Schoolnights, a pop-up kitchen that currently runs out of a Hackney jazz bar called 392 Kingsland Rd. Taking a deep dive into his business’s Instagram, it appears that this is Schoolnights’ first project.
On September 29, 2025, he shared, “First day of class with School Night’s first residency on the 1st of October @392kingslandroad. I’ll be serving up a steak frites–driven menu with 30% food off all night.” Now, we’re incredibly hungry.
