‘America’s Sweethearts’: Who Is DCC Kleine Powell’s Husband Luc?
Kleine Powell was an integral part of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders organization for her five years with the squad. In 2025, she was part of a small group that fought for a pay increase for professional dancers, ultimately resulting in the cheerleaders receiving a 400% raise.
The 2025-2026 season was her last on the squad, and she revealed during the Season 3 finale of America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders that she would be hanging up her uniform and retiring.

What does Kleine Powell’s husband do for a living?
Luc is a systems integration manager at MarketCrest, LLC, in Texas, per LinkedIn. Prior to that, he worked as a technician at Octapharma Plasma, Inc.
Per Luc’s LinkedIn bio, he has a “strong background of data gathering and analysis within digital marketing and health science settings and extracting key insights from varying-sized datasets.” He graduated from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, with a degree in health and exercise science in 2020.
How did Kleine Powell meet her husband?
Kleine and Luc were high school sweethearts. They both attended Madison Central High School in Richmond, Kentucky, and started dating in 2016.
After high school, they went to separate colleges, which were right down the road from one another. She was on the dance team at the University of Kentucky, while he played soccer at Transylvania University.
Luc honored the couple’s 10th anniversary of being together in February 2026. “Not just Valentine’s Day but 10 YEARS with the love of my life!” he wrote on Instagram. “The past decade has been filled with so many amazing memories that it feels like we’ve already lived a lifetime together. While a lot has changed through the years, your heart and character have always stayed the same. You are still the same sweet, caring, talented, intelligent girl I met on that first day of high school.”
When did Kleine Powell get married?
Kleine and Luc got married on May 20, 2023. The wedding came less than two years after Luc proposed in August 2021.
