What To Know

  • Vince Panaro was the runner-up on Season 27 of Big Brother.
  • He sat down with his ex-girlfriend, Kelsey, to confirm their status today, nearly a year after their split.
  • Season 28 of Big Brother is rumored to feature at least one returning player.

Could Vince Panaro be returning for Big Brother Season 28?

On the night before the cast announcement, Vince posted a question-and-answer video with his ex-girlfriend, Kelsey, who broke up with him shortly after his alleged showmance during Season 27. As the returning players rumors heighten for Season 28, with Vince in the running to come back, he looked back at his game and how it impacted his relationship outside the house.

In “A Conversation with Kelsey,” which was captioned “BB27 was a wild ride. Moving onward and looking forward to BB28,” the video featured Vince and Kelsey being candid for the first time about their split and confirmed that they have not gotten back together.

Vince told viewers, “I felt like this was as good a time as any to sit down with Kelsey because her name has been said a lot, her face has been seen, but I don’t think anybody has actually seen us interact before.” Laughing while talking about the upcoming BB28 cast announcement, he joked, “Hopefully, nobody blows up their entire life. That would be embarrassing.”

During their conversation, the duo got personal, with Vince asking, “Have you forgiven me for the way I acted last season?” In response, Kelsey shared, “Yeah. I would say so. Yeah, because when it was happening, I was very confused, and I didn’t understand what was going on because I know you to just be very different. I think I’ve mentioned this before to you, but in hindsight, it’s something that I saw that has nothing to do with me. And that was a very good moment for me to have, like something that was very healing because I stopped taking it personally. I stopped feeling like it was something wrong and more like a journey that you had to go through that taught you something about yourself… In the weirdest of ways, I’m like happy, even.” She added, “Do I ever want to have that experience again? Absolutely not. But am I angry still? No.”

The duo also cleared up the timeline of their split, as it was rumored that Kelsey dumped him while he was still in the BB house. Instead, she confirmed, “I told you after I got home that I love you. I was going to be there for you because we were in some s**t we’ve never dealt with before, but that I was not your girlfriend.” She added, “Our first conversation, I asked you if you understood what was going on… Because I was terrified of what you were coming out to.”

Playing into the Season 28 rumors, when asked if she would support Vince on another season of Big Brother, Kelsey shared, “I would fully support you going on again because I know how much this show means to you… I think it would be really cool for you to go back on and get that second chance… You can go on and show who you really are and show the person that I know.”
