‘House of Stassi’: Who Is Katie Maloney’s Boyfriend? All About Her Love Life
It’s been more than two years since Katie Maloney ended her 11-season run as a main cast member on Vanderpump Rules, and now she’s sharing the next phase of her life with fans on House of Stassi. VPR documented Maloney’s relationship with Tom Schwartz, including their 2016 wedding and 2022 divorce.
Now, Maloney has moved on and found new love with Nick Martin, who filmed several scenes with her for House of Stassi, which reunites the former Bravo star with ex-costar Stassi Schroeder.

What does Nick Martin do for a living?
Martin is the guitarist for the band Sleeping With Sirens. The band formed in 2009, and Martin joined in 2013.
Additionally, he is the founder of an at-home cold brew coffee company called Charlie Royal. “Not too long ago, Nick adored rich coffee drinks that tasted like milkshakes, but at 60 pounds overweight, he had to make a change,” the brand’s website says. “In a quest to save his health, he scrutinized all his choices, including his overly indulgent brews.”
Martin realized “cold brew was the answer to his problems: it gave him the same magical, take-on-the-world feeling as his favorite coffee drinks, but with none of the excess sugar,” the description adds.
How did Katie Maloney meet her boyfriend?
Maloney first teased that she had a new man in her life in October 2024, and confirmed on her podcast that she was already “in love.” She hard-launched Martin two months later.

The relationship began when Maloney attended a Sleeping With Sirens concert in Las Vegas and was introduced to Martin by a mutual friend. She said on the Humble Brag podcast that she was actually supposed to meet someone else at the show, but it was Martin who caught her eye.
After realizing they both lived in Los Angeles, the two “became friends” and went for coffee. “He had just started going through a divorce, and then started kind of seeing someone else,” she revealed. “But we maintained friends through that and really got to know each other.”
Although they spent some time “tiptoeing” around their feelings, things escalated the night before Sleeping With Sirens left for a 2024 tour. They shared their first kiss and agreed that they wanted Maloney to come visit while Martin was on the road. Two weeks later, things were official.
In April, Maloney revealed that she and Martin are now living together.
Does Katie Maloney have kids?
No, Maloney does not have children. However, she previously documented her fertility journey on Vanderpump Rules when she and Schwartz were trying to conceive a child.
Early on in her relationship with Schwartz, which began in 2011, Maloney got pregnant and decided to have an abortion. “It was not a snap decision, and it wasn’t an easy decision, but it was our decision,” Schwartz explained, noting that his relationship with Maloney was a “disaster” at that point and not fit to bring a child into.
Maloney added, “Pregnancy won’t fix a relationship that isn’t strong enough to begin with.”
In 2021, Schwartz and Maloney said they were hoping to start a family within the next few years, but they wound up divorcing in 2022 before having a child together.
