She’s the representative from The Real Housewives of New York City on Season 5 of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip, and Andy Cohen recently teased that we’ll get to meet her boyfriend, Michael Riemerschmid, when the cast heads to the Big Apple.
Luann, who’s been married twice, and Michael have been dating for almost three years, she recently confirmed, adding that the relationship gives her a freedom she’s never had before.
“I feel grounded. I feel like I’m in the driver’s seat,” she told Bravo Insider. “I get to hang out and go on girls’ trips with these ladies. And he’s cool with that and not, like, uncool. Yeah, I’m happy.”

Michael is a real estate agent in the Hamptons. Per his LinkedIn, he has been working at Town & Country Real Estate in East Hampton since 2021.
Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, he was an executive director at UBS from 2016 to 2019 and has also worked at Exane, Natixis CIB Americas, Nomura, and more.
Before Luann revealed Michael’s identity, she said in a February 2024 interview, “I actually had a date last night with a guy that’s 62 years old but really attractive. He continues to model to this day, does very well.” It’s believed she was referring to Michael at the time.
