Ever since the Season 1 finale of Let’s Marry Harry premiered on August 12, fans have speculated about the legitimacy of Harry Jowsey and Amber Mozo‘s TV wedding ceremony. Now, he’s shutting down the rumors claiming that their marriage was just for show.
During the season finale of Let’s Marry Harry, Harry tied the knot with the Hawaiian travel photographer in a ceremony officiated by Amanda Kloots. After the wedding episode premiered, teasing a full cast reunion on August 26, fans were quick to search for a public record of Harry and Amber’s marriage. Turns out, there is no official proof that Harry and Amber are legally married.
In a video posted on August 16, Harry fired back at the claim, revealing that production has kept their marriage certificate, promising to submit the document after the reunion so as not to spoil the end of the show for viewers.

Talking to fans who have questioned the legitimacy of his marriage, Harry told his followers, “Shut up, you silly little wombat. Let me explain how it all works… On the day of the wedding, I just thought you show up, say ‘I do,’ have a little smooch, and get the hell out of there, go on a honeymoon.'”
Instead, the day was a little bit more disjointed. He explained, “The morning situation happened… Saying goodbye to Dannelle [Davidson]. All our friends and family are there. I’m saying ‘hi’ to everyone. We do the ceremony. Then, once that is done, they take everyone away and put them in holding rooms, or holding stables because we’re on a farm. They took me and Amber back up to the house, which is where you see that video where I’m like, ‘See you never.’ When we’re up there, that was when we were signing all the papers and all that stuff.”
While Harry and Amber signed their marriage paperwork, it was not submitted. “Obviously, because it’s a TV show, they said, ‘We can’t submit this until after the reunion.’ Because, basically, if they submitted it on that day, all the money, all the time, everything like that, everything they invested in the show, would have been for nothing, because it would have been ruined, and you guys wouldn’t watch the show.”

So, where is that paperwork today? Teasing the reunion, Harry revealed, “They held on to the paperwork. It is out there. But now you will see once the reunion is done and out there if it gets submitted or if it gets torn up.”
