‘DWTS’: Are Sharna Burgess & Brian Austin Green Still Together?
Sharna Burgess is headed back to the Dancing With the Stars ballroom for Season 35 this fall. The last time she was on the show was in 2021 when she was partnered with then-boyfriend Brian Austin Green.
It was a short-lived journey for the couple, as they were eliminated in Week 3. Burgess later admitted that the experience wasn’t what she expected because the show chose to highlight her relationship with Green more than his personal journey.
“I did text someone at that time and was like, ‘Hey, this isn’t what we signed up for. If this is what you want for us, you just have to eliminate us because we can’t do this,'” Burgess explained. “And we were quickly eliminated after that.”

Yes, Burgess and Green are still together. She often posts about their relationship on social media to prove they are going strong.
The couple started dating in 2020 amid Green’s separation from Megan Fox (their divorce was finalized in 2022). Burgess and Green got engaged in 2023, but have yet to walk down the aisle. In fact, when Burgess appeared on the Money Rehab podcast in 2025, she said the big day was still probably “two years away.”
“We’re so busy, at least in these next 12 months, and what I do know is I want to go big with it,” Burgess shared. “I want to be able to have all the money in the world to do all the things, fly my family [in] from Australia, and we’re not in that position right now to just blow all of that money on a wedding. So I’d rather wait for, like, a year or two for all these jobs we’ve got coming up and then be in a place where we can be like, ‘Let’s do the whole thing.'”

In a June 2026 Instagram post, Burgess revealed that she and Green had found their wedding location in Ireland.

Burgess and Green were introduced by their mutual business manager. They met for coffee in October 2020 and went Instagram official with their relationship three months later.

Burgess and Green share a son, Zane, who was born in June 2022. During her Money Rehab interview, Burgess said she hoped to have another child with her future husband before tying the knot.

At the time, the pro dancer was hoping to be pregnant with a baby girl (using IVF and gender selection) by the end of 2026. It’s unclear if her return to Dancing With the Stars has changed those plans.
In addition to Zane, Green also has four children from previous relationships. He shares three kids with Fox and son Kassius with ex Vanessa Marcil.

About four or five months into her relationship with Green, Burgess asked the actor for his ex’s phone number so she could “reach out and say, ‘Hey, I’m around your kids all the time, if you ever want to know anything about me or if you ever want to get coffee, let me know. They’re amazing kids, I love them, and if there is any way I can support you in being part of this situation, let me know.'”
Burgess said Fox “appreciated” the gesture, adding, “She thanked me for being great with her kids too.”
