During the most recent season of 90 Day: The Single Life, Kimberly Menzies revealed one of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise’s biggest bombshells yet. While viewers had gotten to know the star alongside Jamal, her adult son and fellow 90 Day alum, Kimberly announced that she had two more children from the same father whom she had given up for adoption when they were born.
Ahead of a new update about Kimberly’s birth son, Larry, she admitted on Season 5, “I’ve been carrying a really big secret for about 30 years. Jamal is not my only child. I’ve hid things from him for so long that when I told him, it just devastated him.” During the season, Kimberly reunited with her son and got to know him, his wife, and his kids, while still looking to reconnect with her birth daughter.
On August 28, Kimberly posted a message to Larry, wishing him a happy birthday and looking back on the past few years he has been in her life. She wrote, “Wow… what a couple of years it’s been. You finding me was one of the greatest surprises of my life, but getting to know you and watch the man you are today has been an absolute gift.”

She continued, “Our story is out there for the world to see, but what matters most to me is the memories we have and continue to make.”
Kimberly has been very open about her role in Larry’s life, recognizing the importance of his adoptive mom. She gushed, “And while I may be your biological mom, your mom deserves ALL of the credit for the amazing man you became. She loved you, raised you, guided you, and gave you the foundation that made you who you are. I will be FOREVER grateful to her for that.”
While Kimberly’s journey towards reconnecting with both of her biological children, whom she gave up for adoption, is far from over, she assured viewers at the end of Season 5, “I can honestly say I’m at peace. I feel like I did what was best for my children. And really, at the end of the day, that’s all that matters to me.”
