90 Day: The Single Life isn’t complete without a little commentary. Now that Season 5 of The Single Life is here, TLC is revealing which stars, family members, and exes will be joining the series companion show, 90 Day: The Single Life – Between the Sheets. As of the first episode of the season, even more cast members have been added to the lineup.
According to TLC, 90 Day: The Single Life – Between the Sheets will air after each episode of The Single Life, serving up all the juicy tea. In the companion show, cast members, their former spouses/exes, plus family and friends spill behind-the-scenes drama, share unfiltered reactions, and more. With cast members like Gino Palazzolo, Liz Woods, Kimberly Menzies, and Pedro Jimeno, this means franchise favorites like Jasmine Pineda, Big Ed Brown, Usman Umar, and Chantel Everett could take a seat on the couch to comment on their exes’ new relationships.

Rob Warne
While Rob Warne is Sophie Sierra’s ex and will no doubt comment on her budding relationship with Pedro, he’s a major supporter of Kim. As a member of the 90 Day Bad Boys with Jamal, Rob posted on his Instagram Story, “Always here to support, so good luck on your single life season! No matter what I’m proud of you for all that you’ve accomplished!”
Natalie
Viewers can also see Gino’s new flame, Natalie, who we first met during Season 9 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, chatting with cast member Cortney Reardanz. While Natalie broke up with Gino after a messy confrontation with Jasmine, it appears that he is hoping to give their romance a second shot.
Big Ed
With Liz Woods in the cast, it’s no shock that Big Ed will be taking the hot seat, giving his commentary on Season 5 of The Single Life. Liz and Ed broke up around two years ago. Ed recently posted that he ran into Liz, leading to her calling him out for “instantly” making their reunion “about himself.” She told her followers that she is for “never going back” to Ed.
Jasmine Pineda
In Swooon‘s exclusive clip of the Single Life premiere, Gino spilled all the details of his breakup with Jasmine to two potential love interests at a singles event. Now, Jasmine is ready to comment on her ex’s next swing at romance. She tells viewers, “This happens to all my exes. They can never forget about me. They are always talking about me. I f**king love it. They all deserve it.”
Julia Trubkina
After her girls’ trip to the Dominican Republic with Liz Woods and Sophie Sierra, it’s no surprise that Julia Trubkina is on Between the Sheets! She wrote on Instagram, “I often tell people exactly what I think, but not everyone likes it. However, those who know me well actually ask for my advice because I try to assess the situation from different perspectives. What would you choose when your friend tells you the truth or what you want to hear?”
Usman Umar
Kimberly Menzies ex Usman “Sojaboy” Umar joins the Between the Sheets cast to shed some insight on her dating life from their time together. He told viewers that he’s thrilled Kimberly is dating because they then she’ll stop thinking about him.
Jamal Menzies
During the teaser for Between the Sheets, viewers could see Sophie Sierra chatting with Jamal Menzies. While Jamal has explored his own connections in the 90 Day universe, he joins Between the Sheets as cast member Kimberly Menzies’ son. He also tells Sophie that her new boyfriend Pedro’s ex, Chantel, is “like a sister” to him.
