Bachelor Nation Stars Who Achieved the ‘Triple Crown’ by Appearing on All 3 Main Shows

The addition of Bachelor in Paradise into the Bachelor Nation-verse has given contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette an opportunity to extend their 15 minutes of fame…and maybe also find love. But only a handful of stars have appeared on all three shows.
We’re dubbing these reality stars the achievers of the “triple crown” in Bachelor Nation. Plus, there are two contestants who we’re giving an honorable mention, as they didn’t technically earn the title by appearing on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise. However, they still have three shows under their belt thanks to other spinoffs in the franchise.
You’ll see what we mean by scrolling down for the full list!

Clare Crawley
Clare Crawley actually surpassed the triple crown and has appeared on four different Bachelor Nation shows. Her debut was on Season 18 of The Bachelor where she was Juan Pablo Galavis’ runner-up.
She then returned for Seasons 1 and 2 of Bachelor in Paradise but did not find love. During Season 1, she went on dates with Robert Graham, Chris Bukowski, and Zack Kalter. Although she and Kalter were together for a few weeks, Crawley’s issues with AshLee Frazier wound up getting the best of her, and she quit in Week 5.
On Season 2 of BIP, Crawley went on dates with Mikey Tenerelli and Jared Haibon. However, she had a bit of a breakdown before a rose ceremony and ranted about how she felt the previous season’s cast was more genuine. She ended up leaving the show in Week 3.
Crawley returned for Bachelor Winter Games and wound up getting engaged to Benoit Beauséjour-Savard during the reunion show. However, the relationship was short-lived, and they split just two months later.
In 2020, Crawley was named the lead on Season 16 of The Bachelorette. She formed an immediate connection with Dale Moss and decided she wanted to be with him less than two weeks into filming. They got engaged and were together on and off for two years before splitting in September 2022.
Crawley is now married to Ryan Dawkins, whom she shares one daughter with (in addition to his two kids from a previous relationship).

Nick Viall
Bachelor Nation fans first got to know Nick Viall on Season 10 of The Bachelorette. He was Andi Dorfman’s runner-up. He returned for Season 11 with Kaitlyn Bristowe, whom he’d been talking to before she was named the show’s lead. Viall arrived during Week 4, and Bristowe asked him to join her cast of men. He made it to the final 2 and was named runner-up once again.
Viall didn’t give up on love and returned for Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise. He went on dates with Leah Block and Amanda Stanton before pursuing a relationship with Jen Saviano. Even though he picked out an engagement ring before the final rose ceremony, he didn’t end up proposing to Saviano, and they broke up before filming ended.
Later that year, Viall became the Bachelor for Season 21. This time, the proposal finally happened when he popped the question to Vanessa Grimaldi. They broke up less than one year later.
Viall is now married to Natalie Joy, whom he shares a daughter with.

Becca Kufrin
Becca Kufrin’s first foray into Bachelor Nation was on Season 22 of The Bachelor. She got engaged to Arie Luyendyk at the final rose ceremony, only for him to end their relationship just weeks later to pursue his runner-up. After the breakup, Kufrin was announced as the lead for Season 14 ofThe Bachelorette.
On her second televised journey to find love, Kufrin got engaged to Garrett Yrigoyen. They were together for more than two years before their September 2020 split.
Kufrin then went on Season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise, which made her the first former lead to be on the show (Crawley and Viall were both on BIP before becoming leads themselves). She dated Thomas Jacobs on the beach, but they decided to leave the show separately before the final rose ceremony.
However, once filming wrapped, Kufrin and Jacobs rekindled their relationship. They went on to welcome a son in September 2023 and tied the knot weeks later.

Colton Underwood
Colton Underwood was one of Kufrin’s suitors on The Bachelorette but was eliminated after hometown dates. He then went on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise and dated Tia Booth. They were together until Week 5 when Underwood decided to leave the show, ending their relationship.
The former football star then became the Bachelor for Season 23. He ended the show in a relationship with Cassie Randolph. They were together for over a year before splitting in May 2020.
Underwood has since come out as gay and married Jordan C. Brown. They welcomed their first son in September 2024.

Tayshia Adams
Tayshia Adams was on Underwood’s Bachelor season. She made it to his final 3 before being eliminated alongside Hannah Godwin when Underwood decided to pursue Randolph.
While on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise, Adams struck up an unlikely relationship with John Paul Jones. They split ahead of the final rose ceremony because they were not ready for an engagement, but after filming ended, they rekindled their romance. However, it only lasted for a few weeks before they split again.
After Crawley left Season 16 of The Bachelorettewith Moss, Adams stepped in as her replacement. She wound up getting engaged to Zac Clark on the show, and they were together for a year before their November 2021 split.
Adams has been linked to Summer House star Luke Gulbranson since 2023, but they are extremely private about their relationship.

Rachel Recchia
Rachel Recchiahad a dramatic breakup with Clayton Echard after making it into his top 3 on Season 26 of The Bachelor. She and Gabby Windey, who was eliminated at the same time as Recchia, then became co-leads for Season 19 of The Bachelorette.
Recchia got engaged to Tino Franco on the show, but they split before the finale aired because she found out that he had cheated on her.
She then became the second former lead to appear on BIP when she headed to the beach for Season 9. Although there were a few men interested in her, and she briefly had a spark with Brayden Bowers, Recchia ultimately didn’t make a connection on the show. She quit during Week 4.

Ben Higgins
While Ben Higgins doesn’t have the official “triple crown,” he has appeared on three Bachelor Nation shows.
Higgins finished in third place on Season 11 of The Bachelorette with Bristowe. He was then the lead on Season 20 of The Bachelor, where he got engaged to Lauren Bushnell. They were together for over a year when they split in May 2017.
On Bachelor Winter Games, Higgins didn’t form a romantic connection and quit during Week 3. He is now married to Jessica Clarke and they have a daughter.

Jake Pavelka
Jake Pavelka just about has a “triple crown,” as he was in Bachelor Nation before the BIPera. Instead, he starred on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor Pad.
Pavelka was eliminated ahead of hometown dates on Season 5 of The Bachelorette with Jillian Harris. He then became the lead on Season 10 of The Bachelor where he got engaged to Vienna Girardi, but they broke up just months after the finale aired.
During his stint on Season 2 of Bachelor Pad, Pavelka was eliminated in Week 3.
In 2024, he revealed that he was dating a woman named Amy, whom he met on the dating app Bumble.
