Married at First Sight doesn’t always work. With a premise that makes two strangers marry each other, it’s pretty much guaranteed that not all of the couples will decide to stay with each other at the end of the eight-week experiment. However, sometimes, the matchmaking experts do get it right, and the marriages last well after the show. Not only that, but they go on to start families, too.
Over the past 18 seasons, over a dozen babies have been born as a result of Married at First Sight matches, and several more are on the way. In the latest Season 19, participant Meghann revealed that she was pregnant, a franchise first. It got us thinking: Which couples from the MAFS universe have expanded their families? Find out below.

Doug Hehner & Jamie Otis (Season 1)
Married at First Sight OGs Doug Hehner and Jamie Otis have been together for over a decade. After Season 1 aired in 2014, they had their daughter, Henley, in 2017. Three years later, Hendrix came along. Most recently, the couple welcomed twins Hawkins and Huxley last year.
The couple revealed the news of the twins in a video posted on their family YouTube channel. “I’m a little bit in shock, a lot a bit in disbelief,” Otis said. Her husband added, “It is incredible, amazing. We prayed on it.”

Ashley Petta & Anthony D'Amico (Season 5)
Season 5’s Anthony D’Amico and Ashley Petta are parents to daughter Mila, who was born in 2019, and Vaeda, who was born in 2021. In fact, Ashley told her husband that she was expecting Vaeda in an episode of Married at First Sight: Couples’ Cam.
Ahead of the birth of their first daughter, D’Amico joked to People, “I know she will have me wrapped around her little finger. Ashley can’t wait to do all the girl things that moms do with their daughters and I can’t wait to watch them bond.”

Jephte Pierre & Shawniece Jackson (Season 6)
Jephte Pierre and Shawniece Jackson, who married during Season 6, had the birth of their daughter chronicled in Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After. Laura was born in 2018. During the episode, Jackson said, “The love that I have for her … it’s, like, infinity.”

Bobby Dodd & Danielle Bergman (Season 7)
Bobby Dodd and Danielle Bergman are the only couple still together from Season 7, and they’ve had three kids since they got married. Their first daughter, Olivia, arrived in 2019. Robert came along the next year, and in 2023. Savannah was born.
When they announced their son, Bergman told People that Olivia “changed our lives in so many positive ways, and we can’t wait to be able to give her a sibling. Bobby and I loved growing up with siblings, and we can’t wait to see the special bond they will form!”

Deonna McNeill & Greg Okotie (Season 9)
Season 9’s Deonna McNeill and Greg Okotie became a family of three in 2021. Ahead of the birth of their son, Declan, the couple told People, “It’s surreal to think that less than two years ago we met for the first time at the altar and now we are expanding our family!”

Austin Hurd & Jessica Studer (Season 10)
Austin and Jessica Hurd (née Studer) from Season 10 welcomed their second baby, Everett, last year. His big brother is Westin, who arrived in 2021. “Everyone is happy and healthy and we are madly in love,” Jessica told People when Everett was born. “[I’m] so grateful for this beautiful little family of mine and excited for all the days ahead.”

Woody Randall & Amani Aliyya (Season 11)
Woody Randall and Amani Aliyya have spent the past five years post-Season 11 adding to their family. Reign was born in 2022, and Rai became his little brother the following year. “Parenthood hit us fast and then took off running,” Aliyya told Essence in February 2025.
She continued, “We’ve gone through the roommate phase where we’re kind of just existing and trying to get through the day. And that was hard because now we’re in a rebuilding phase to make sure that our spark is still there, which is kind of hard with two kids because we want to have date nights and we want to be able to have time to connect.”

Briana Myles & Vincent Morales (Season 12)
Briana Myles and Vincent Morales married during Season 12 of the reality series, and they’ve had two children since. Aury arrived in 2023, followed by Kai in 2024.
“Bella has been such an awesome big sister already,” they told People after Kai’s birth. “She loves helping us change diapers and gives baby brother the best hugs and kisses. Our hearts are full and we can’t wait to see our babies grow together!”

Christopher and Nicole Thielk (née Woley) tied the knot during Season 16, which dropped in 2023, and now, they’re expecting twins! In July 2025, the couple revealed their news to the world on Instagram. “And sometimes, your wildest dreams really do come true,” Woley captioned the post. “The Thielk Twins coming January 2026 🩷💙”
“Twins were never on my bingo card, but then again, neither was marrying a stranger,” Nicole told People. “I’m so blessed that both things have happened, and I can’t wait to be twin parents with the love of my life.”
