‘Love Is Blind’ Season 7 Star Marissa Debuts New Relationship After Ramses Split
Marissa George has hard launched a new relationship just days after the Love Is Blind Season 7 reunion. She shared a video with her new man as they danced at a Halloween rave.
Her smile showed all her followers just how happy she is in her current relationship. The couple was dressed up in costumes for Halloween. Marissa said she was wearing an astronaut dream girl outfit while her new boyfriend was dressed in a space cowboy ensemble. This is in stark contrast to her last time on the show, when her closing shot saw her in tears over her breakup with Ramses Prashad.
Throughout the production of Love Is Blind, the law student was engaged to Ramses after they met in the pods. The two parted ways when Ramses decided they were “incompatible.” He siad Marissa had “too much energy.” And it is that exact statement that Marissa touched upon again in the caption of her Instagram post.
She stated, “Life has a funny way of surprising you. I never expected to fall in love again, let alone with someone who embraces all my energy and flaws. When we first met, I asked him if I was too much. He looked at me, confused, and said, ‘What do you mean?’ I simply replied, ‘Nevermind,’ and from that moment on, I never questioned my energy again.” She also added the hashtags #loveisblind and #loveiskind.

The audience of Love Is Blind and her friends alike are thrilled about this news, with many leaving supporting comments. User @clubmind said, “Aww, Yes!!! Genuinely happy for you. I knew it wouldn’t take long. Who wouldn’t want to be loved by you. You’re like a ray of sunshine. Now you can sing as often as you want in the shower to your hearts content lol.” Marissa quickly replied, “Oh I be in that shower putting on a damn concert and my man is right there singing with me.”
This aspect of her life was brought up as Ramses didn’t appreciate Marissa’s bubbly personality. He also had some tough words about her stint in the military, to the point that it even felt like he was shaming her. Looking back, she has realized that the discussion summed up their relationship.
Throughout their journey, Ramses often acted selfishly and put her down, with some fans even calling him the “villain of the season.” This is a tough term in the Season 7 cast as Stephen Richardson emotionally cheated during his time with Monica Davis, and Tyler Francis didn’t tell his significant other about his biological kids. People were disappointed that she wasn’t more upset at Ramses during the reunion. Yet, they finally feel like they have received some clarity.
Marissa divulged in the comments section that she didn’t feel the need to be resentful towards Ramses because of her new partner. She responded, “Exactly! I was emotional at the reunion because I had just watched myself sob on national TV and was remembering how bad that felt. But I’m happy, no need to go off on Ramses. We weren’t meant to be.”
Although a video of the new man of her life was shared, not much other information is known about him. She did not share his name or tag him in her post.
