‘Bachelorette’s Rachel Lindsay Has a New Man! Meet ‘X-Factor’ Alum & Country Singer Willie Jones

Rachel Lindsay is moving on from Bryan AbasoloThe Bachelorette star finalized her divorce from the chiropractor in January, and Page Six confirmed her romance with Willie Jones the following month.

The two were first linked in December 2024 when they were spotted at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball concert in Los Angeles. That same weekend, they went shopping at Melrose Trading Post and posed for photos together in an Instagram post for the Blk Rchvs clothing brand.

Jones also accompanied Lindsay to Project Angel Food’s Angel Art event on February 27. The television personality was all smiles at her first post-divorce red carpet event, and Jones proudly watched on. Scroll down for everything we know about Lindsay’s new man!

Who is Willie Jones?

Jones is a country singer. While growing up in Shreveport, Louisiana, he sang in his local church and starred in his school musicals. At 17 years old, Jones was a contestant on Season 2 of The X Factor in 2012.

His age put him in the “young adults” category, which meant that he was mentored by Demi Lovato. Although Jones made it through all the pre-taped rounds, he was eliminated in week one of the live shows, finishing in 16th place.

Jones released his first album Right Now in 2021, followed by a second record, Something to Dance To, in 2023. At the time, he was signed by Sony Music, but ended up being dropped and is now signed with the independent label Gravel Road Records.

The rising star now resides in Nashville.

How old is Willie Jones?

He turned 30 in September 1994, which makes him more than nine years Lindsay’s junior. The former attorney turns 40 in April 2025.

How is Willie Jones connected to Beyoncé?

Jones was featured on Beyoncé‘s 2024 album Cowboy Carter. She featured various Black country artists on the record, and Jones appears on track No. 15, “Just for Fun.”

“It was literally in the fourth quarter,” Jones recalled in an interview with Page Six. “It was literally … end of February, February 20-something.” The album came out on March 29.

Producer Alex Vickery is the one who made the pitch to Jones. “She’s like, ‘Are you sitting down?’ I was like, ‘Yeah,'” he shared. “And she’s like, ‘You know Beyoncé is working on a country album … [and] she loves your voice.’ I was like, ‘Are you serious?’ She was like, ‘Can you come out here tomorrow?’ I was like, ‘Send the car.’”
