Will ‘Temptation Island’ Return for Season 10? Everything We Know So Far
It’s been more than a month since Temptation Island came to Netflix with its ninth season. Since all the episodes dropped at once, it didn’t take long for fans to binge the entire season. Of course, that begs the question of whether or not there will be future seasons to come on the streamer.
The show originally aired on Fox from 2001 to 2003 before finding a new home on USA Network for Season 4, which premiered in 2019. After five seasons on USA, Temptation Island moved over to Netflix for Season 9. Scroll down for everything we know so far about a possible Season 10.
Temptation Island Season 10 premiere date
Season 10 of Temptation Island is a go! On April 17, 2025, Variety confirmed that the show has been picked up for a second season on Netflix. If the show follows the same filming and release schedule as Season 9, that would put the premiere date at some point in early 2026. Season 9 took place in May 2024 and filming lasted for less than three weeks.
The show was previously on a much different release schedule, with Seasons 1 and 2 both airing in 2001, but Season 3 not returning until August 2003. There were also two seasons in 2019, followed by February and March releases for Seasons 6 and 7 in 2021 and 2022. Season 8 premiered a bit later in the year, airing from June to August 2023.
Temptation Island Season 10 cast
No cast members have been announced for Season 10 yet. The synopsis for the season confirmed that it will follow the same format is in the past, with four couples putting their relationships to the test.
The official synopsis says, “In this brand new season of Temptation Island, emotions will run high when four couples, each at a crossroads in their relationship, head to Temptation Island to put their love to the ultimate test as they agree to live separately with a group of singles of the opposite sex. Will the choices they make push the couples closer together or farther apart into the arms of a new lover?”
Mark L. Walberg has hosted every season of the show since its inception, and is confirmed to return for hosting duties in Season 10.
Where is Temptation Island filmed?
Season 9 of Temptation Island was filmed in Hawaii. Hawaii has been the filming location for the show since it moved from Fox to USA Network, but it originally took place in Belize.
