‘The Bachelor’s Kelsey Anderson Hints at Wedding Date With Joey Graziadei in New Update
Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson got engaged in a matter of weeks after meeting on The Bachelor, but since then, they’ve been taking things slow. The couple has been open about how they don’t want to rush getting married, but it looks like they finally have an answer about when they’ll tie the knot.
The wedding date is later than Graziadei and Anderson initially planned, but they’re adamant that they want to get things just right before taking that next step.
Spring 2027 is the new projected time for the big day, they told Sports Illustrated. Initially, the plan was for spring 2026, but it was too much pressure. “We really don’t want to be stressed. We don’t want to just throw things together,” Anderson explained.
While there’s still a lot that needs to come together, Anderson said she knows she wants the wedding to be “timeless,” and insisted that Graziadei is involved in the planning process. “I want the wedding to be a part of both of us,” she shared. “I know a lot of times the guys kind of let the lady take over, but I don’t know [about that]. I want it to be a representation of both of us equally.” (They recently told Swooon that they’re looking at wedding locations on the East Coast.)
Graziadei’s proposal took place in October 2023, but he and Anderson had to keep their relationship under wraps for five months before going public when The Bachelor Season 28 finale aired. Once they were able to share their love, their lives were very busy, and they haven’t slowed down since.
Now that Graziadei’s run on the Dancing With the Stars tour is over, they’re ready to relax a bit. “I think that after this month, we’re trying to pick and choose what to do and what not to do more so that we get to be home more, and have more of a routine,” Anderson admitted. The couple moved to Los Angeles at the end of 2024, but haven’t gotten much time to settle in there together.
When they are home, they show interest in each other’s hobbies to make sure they spend as much time together as possible. “She’s been great at finding a way to mold into what I want to do, and I’m always also trying to do the same for her,” Graziadei said. “We’ve been able to find a really good [balance] so far. It’s been fun.”
