‘Duck Dynasty’ Stars Announce Exciting Pregnancy News
The Robertson family is growing once again! Just weeks after Phil Robertson‘s death, another family member announced exciting pregnancy news via social media.
The third generation of Duck Dynasty stars have been building their families at a fast rate, and Jep Robertson and Jessica Robertson are the next to add another grandkid to the mix.
The couple’s daughter, Merritt Robertson, revealed she’s pregnant with her first child on June 21. “Baby metro will be here this christmas!!” she captioned her post. In the announcement shots, she posed next to her husband, Tyler Metro, and held up their baby’s sonogram. Merritt wore a pink dress, while Tyler was dressed in blue for the shoot.
In a second image, Tyler stood behind her and cradled her prominent baby bump while she turned around to look into his eyes. Jessica also shared the photos on her own Instagram and wrote, “Over the moon to announce another grand baby on the way!!! Baby girl due December 2025!!”

This will be Jep and Jessica’s second grandchild, as their daughter Lily welcomed her first baby earlier this year. The couple, who tied the knot in 2001, are also parents to daughter Priscilla and sons River and Gus.
Merritt and Tyler married in June 2024. “We had the most magical week celebrating the newlyweds!” Jessica gushed at the time. “From the shower, to rehearsal, to the big day, everything was so beautiful and filled with joy! We love you two and are so excited to see where life takes you. May God bless you two with many, many blessings!”
While Jep and Jessica’s family hasn’t appeared on Duck Dynasty: The Revival, Sadie Robertson previously teased that we could see them, Jase Robertson, and more pop up in Season 2, which is already filming. “There’s more cast members from the original show on Season 2,” she shared.
