‘Golden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner’s Girlfriend Lana Calls Him ‘Handsome’ & Shares New PDA Photo
Gerry Turner and Lana Sutton are taking advantage of the summertime sunshine. This weekend, they got out on the lake and she documented the outing on social media.
In the photo posted to Sutton’s Instagram account, she and Turner appeared to be riding on a jet ski. They both wore life jackets and sunglasses while showing off their tanned summer skin.
“Fun times on the lake with this handsome guy!” Sutton captioned the pic. Turner and Sutton hard-launched their relationship in April, shortly after he confirmed that he was seeing someone new following his April 2024 divorce from his The Golden Bachelor final pick Theresa Nist.
The former ABC star met Sutton after she messaged him on Facebook. With her living nearby in Indiana, they met up and began their relationship, which Turner described as “love at first sight.” He was previously married to Nist for three months and his first wife, Toni, for 43 years before her 2017 death.

As for whether or not Turner will walk down the aisle again with Sutton, he previously told People, “I don’t know that either of us necessarily would be looking to get married, but we’ve also said that’s not off the table.” (Sutton is divorced from her husband, Robert). “We’ve come to the comfortable agreement that we both want a long-term, committed, permanent relationship. [We feel like] we’re in that now.”
Part of the reason that Nist and Turner’s marriage didn’t work out is because she was living in New Jersey, while he was in Indiana, and they couldn’t come to an agreement about where to settle down together. With Sutton, that won’t be an issue since she’s also from Indiana.
“We’ve done a little bit of the fantasy house shopping, which has been nice,” Turner admitted. “Trying to figure out if, at some point, we decide we want to buy a house together, if our styles and our tastes are the same. And it turns out, yeah, they are pretty much the same.”
