Fans may recall Leida and Eric Rosenbrook from Season 6 of TLC’s international relationship series 90 Day Fiancé, which premiered in 2018. At the time, Leida traveled from Indonesia to the United States to live with Eric, whom she had previously married in her home country.
Eric was arrested on July 4, 2025, following an incident with Leida, causing him to face two misdemeanor charges. Days later, on July 10, Eric announced that he and Leida were mourning the death of their baby girl, Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, who died at 12:53 p.m. on July 9, after spending five days on life support at the hospital. Now, new reports have been made public about their late daughter, who was just one month old.

Are 90 Day Fiancé‘s Leida and Eric Rosenbrook still together?
The 90 Day Fiancé stars are not together at the moment. As of July 16, Eric’s Facebook relationship status has been changed to “separated.” This news comes a little over a year after Leida filed for a divorce from Eric on February 12, 2024. However, Leida requested that the filing be dismissed a few days later. As of March 2026, Leida and Eric still appear to be separated.
What is the latest update on Leida and Eric’s CPS case?
On March 5, 2026, the “6-Month Final Summary Report for Child Death, Serious Injury or Egregious Incident” regarding the death of Leida and Eric’s daughter, Alisa, was made public via the Wisconsin Health and Human Services Department. According to the document, “The Initial Assessment completed by the agency found a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother.” However, no criminal charges were filed.
In January 2026, Leida faced 24 new felony charges, including seven counts of bail jumping, six counts of wire fraud, 10 counts of forgery, and one count of stealing between $10,000 and $100,000 from a business. There is currently no update on her February 18 court hearing.
Why was Eric Rosenbrook arrested?
The 90 Day Fiancé alum was arrested on July 4, 2025, on account of domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct, according to People. While the victim remained anonymous in the court documents, the initials and birthdate on the document line up with those of his wife, Leida (Margaretha) Rosenbrook.
At the time of his arrest, Leida told the authorities that she had found Eric intoxicated and passed out in his car outside of her apartment. Leida refused to allow Eric to hold their baby while he was drunk, which led to him hitting her. TMZ spoke with Eric, who admitted to the outlet that he had hit Leida after they had gotten into a fight about his alcohol consumption. Eric said that Leida was holding their daughter at the time of the altercation, but he stressed that he didn’t make contact with his daughter.
On July 7, Leida was granted a temporary restraining order against Eric. There was a no-contact provision in place, except for the “purpose of visitation of their child in common at the hospital,” per court records.

While the post has since been deleted, when her daughter was first hospitalized, Leida posted on Instagram, “Dear God… You can take away my life, but do not take away my daughter’s life…”
