Scott McGillivray and Bryan Baeumler are teaming up once again! The HGTV stars will return for Season 2 of the competition series Renovation Resort Showdown on July 22.
The real estate expert and contractor, and Bryan, a builder and home renovation expert, will have four build/design teams renovate an untouched piece of waterfront property in just eight weeks on a $150,000 budget in hopes of winning the $100,000 cash prize. Two of the teams are married couples, which has us wondering about the personal lives of the Renovation Resort Showdown hosts.

Are Scott and Sabrina McGillivray still together?
Yes, Scott and Sabrina, a kindergarten teacher, are still happily married today. Back in June 2025, the couple celebrated 17 years of marriage. “This is what year 17 looks like! I am so fortunate to have someone who is both strong and compassionate, smart and funny, a great mom and an excellent wife all in one package. #happyanniversary,” Scott wrote on Instagram.

Scott gushed over his wife in a sweet post for her birthday in October 2024. “Happiest of birthdays to my amazing wife Sabrina. She’s a real one. Loving our journey together and excited to be celebrating this special day. #happybirthday,” Scott wrote on Facebook.
In 2019, Scott opened up about Sabrina’s support for his career. “She has always supported everything I’ve done with my career, but one thing she was never interested in was joining me on camera,” he wrote on HGTV’s website in 2019. “But when the idea for Moving the McGillivrays came along, I knew it could never happen without her. Despite her hesitations, she agreed, because she knew how important it was to me. It’s not an easy thing to allow strangers into your home and to put yourself out there, but she did it for me. How awesome is that?”
When did Scott and Sabrina McGillivray get married?
The Canadian couple said “I do” in June 2008 in Ontario, Canada. They split their time between Toronto, Ontario, and Fort Myers, Florida.
Eight years after they got married, Scott and Sabrina starred in their own HGTV show, Moving the McGillivrays. The 10-episode series followed the couple as they built their dream home and juggled parenthood together.
In addition to building their own home, Scott and Sabrina wanted to give back to their community. They partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help build a home for a local family.

Their first daughter, Myah, was born on January 24, 2012. Their second daughter, Layla, was born on October 29, 2013. Scott recently shared new photos of Myah and Layla when celebrating Mother’s Day in May.
