‘Love Island USA’s JaNa Craig Says Real Reason Behind Kenny Rodriguez Split Is ‘Terrible’ & ‘Disgusting’
JaNa Craig is finally speaking out. The Love Island USA Season 6 star confirmed her breakup with Kenny Rodriguez on July 29.
Rumors started running rampant over the weekend that the couple had split just one day after attending David Dobrik’s birthday party on July 26. TMZ was the first to report JaNa and Kenny had broken up but no one knew the reason behind their sudden split. In a lengthy message, JaNa revealed shocking details about her breakup.
“Hi my loves… Thank you for all your love & support. It means the world to me. As you know, Kenny and I are no longer together. Please know that I have seen all the breakup theories and none have matched up to how terrible, disgusting and disappointing it truly is. Discovering that someone you loved isn’t who you thought they were and that the relationship you thought you were building hasn’t been genuine since day one has been truly devastating.”

She concluded with, “Thank you for respecting my privacy and please know as a child of God, I will always be okay.”
Kenny also released a statement of his own: “The past few days have been incredibly difficult. I’ve been quietly sitting with a lot of emotions and doing my best to process everything privately. Breakups are never easy, especially in the public eye. Sometimes, despite how deeply you care for someone, you come to the hard truth that the relationship was not something that could last long-term. I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared and the memories we created. I release this chapter with no ill will, only a hope that JaNa’s path forward brings her nothing but happiness.”

After Kenny posted his message, JaNa fired back, writing, “@kennyrodridugez stfu you manipulative liar. You not taking accountability and telling people the type of person you really are is insane to me!! My first statement was me being nice. Do not piss me off.”
JaNa and Kenny came in third place at the end of Season 6. Since the show ended last year, JaNa and Kenny seemingly had the perfect relationship. Alongside many of their Season 6 costars, including Serena Page, Leah Kateb, Miguel Harichi, and Kaylor Martin, JaNa and Kenny are currently starring in the Love Island USA spinoff, Love Island: Beyond the Villa.
Fans picked up that something was wrong with JaNa and Kenny’s relationship when she unfollowed him on social media and erased all evidence from him from her Instagram, except for their joint partnerships. Most of their Season 6 cast members also unfollowed Kenny.
