‘Bachelor in Paradise’: Jess & Spencer Reveal Wedding Plans Amid Engagement

[WARNING: This post contains MAJOR spoilers from the Season 10 finale of Bachelor in Paradise.]
It’s been about three months since Spencer Conley proposed to Jess Edwards while filming the finale of Bachelor in Paradise, and the couple is finally able to go public with their love now that the episode has aired.
In an interview with Swooon, Jess and Spencer opened up about their wedding plans and when they think they’ll start nailing down the specific details.
“We’re going to wait a little,” Jess confirmed. “I obviously have a few things saved, but no, we are waiting. I think probably next year, once we’re a year into all this, we’ll start talking about a date and all that. We just want to have a normal year of engagement and being out in the real world. We’re just super excited.”
She added that Spencer said “he’s cool with a smaller wedding,” but she’s leaning towards having a “big shindig.”
“I want to have a party. I want it to be huge. He’s like, ‘Alright, if that’s what you want!’ I’m like, it’s about me, but I’m my parents’ only kid, so we have to do something big because it’s their only one,” Jess admitted. Spencer said that he’s “pretty amenable to anything,” so we can probably expect a big bash for these two.
The lovebirds are also moving in together at the beginning of 2026, with Jess relocating to Dallas to be with Spencer. They have a nice chunk of change to start looking for places with, too, since they won $190,000 on the show.
After Spencer and Jess both made the decision to choose love over money, they got to make their first major decision as a couple by picking one of three envelopes that had the dollar amount they would walk away with inside. Spencer popped the question with a gorgeous engagement ring after they made their decision and picked the $190,000 check.
