‘Baylen Out Loud’ Season 2 Trailer Hints at Baylen & Colin’s Wedding Complications (VIDEO)
Baylen is back for her bridal era!
TLC has finally announced that its fan-favorite reality series, Baylen Out Loud, will return for a second season, debuting on October 7. Season 2 continues to follow 25-year-old Baylen Dupree‘s journey with Tourette’s Syndrome as she navigates new challenges, medications, and opportunities to learn more about herself.
In the Season 2 trailer, which dropped on September 9, it is clear that the new season centers on Baylen’s relationship with her fiancé, Colin Dooley. As they prepare for their wedding, viewers can expect everything from pre-marital counseling sessions to an unexpected family intervention. As Colin puts it, “Her father… he’s having a lot of influence on our lives right now because life is tough.”
While the trailer teases loads of marital prep, including bounce house discussions, alpaca questions, and a stunning first look at Baylen in a wedding dress, it’s clear that their most significant challenges going forward will revolve around compromise and budgeting.
As Baylen’s parents bring up discussions of realistic wedding costs, Baylen is faced with a harsh realization, asking: “What if we can’t have our dream wedding?” At one point, Colin asks, “We’re making the right decision, right?” Baylen replies, “I don’t know. Are we?”
However, their wedding is only the first step in their planning for a lifetime together. As Colin reveals, “I get a steady paycheck in the military, and my contract will be expiring in about a year.” This paves the way for concerns about finding a stable medical plan for both him and his soon-to-be wife.
This season, TLC promises that fans can expect to see more of the Baylen they know and love, pointing to “her unfiltered honesty, infectious humor, and unwavering spirit” at the heart of the series!
