‘Big Brother’ Star Vince Panaro Crashes Out Over Home Videos: ‘Did Kelsey Dump Me?’

CBS

The Big Brother Final 5 received heartfelt videos from family and friends, but one houseguest’s significant other was notably missing from his message from home.

On the September 24 episode of Big Brother Season 27, only five days before the highly anticipated season finale, the remaining houseguests were surprised with messages from their family and friends. While Keanu Soto and Ava Pearl both received videos that featured their romantic partners (Morgan Pope and Ashley Hollis entered the house single), Vince Panaro’s girlfriend, Kelsey, did not join his parents to cheer him on.

In the diary room, Vince admitted, “It was great seeing my parents, but I was kind of surprised it wasn’t from Kelsey.” This confession comes after a full season of fan speculation that Vince’s relationship with fellow houseguest Morgan goes beyond an alliance or platonic friendship, leading to Zingbot calling out their connection and referring to Morgan as his girlfriend. While this brought the “perception” of their relationship to the front of both Vince and Morgan’s gameplay, they have continued to sleep in the same bed every night, and even (seemingly) discuss having a relationship outside of the house in a secret code.

That being said, Vince told viewers, “I am getting a little worried.” Going back to the public interpretation of their relationship, he questioned, “Perception-wise, am I too affectionate with Morgan?” Responding to his own question, he proceeded, “We like to spend time together, and yeah, we sleep in the same bed, but it’s a giant bed and her head is at the opposite of me.” According to live feed footage, Vince and Morgan, who have yet to lose the HOH room, have since begun sleeping head-to-head with a pillow between them.

Looking at his behavior with Morgan in the house, Vince questioned, “Have I crossed boundaries that I’m not aware of, that I didn’t think I did, but maybe I did?” Asking the questions on most viewers’ minds, Vince continued, “Am I single right now? Did Kelsey dump me?” While Kelsey has not publicly commented on her relationship status with Vince, she sent a clear message by unfollowing him on social media.

Ultimately, Vince came to the conclusion, “There is no other option but to win this game.” Catastrophizing, he continued, “Imagine I don’t win any money, Kelsey dumps me, and then what do I have? Leave single and have no money?”
