‘Tell Me Lies’ Star Grace Van Patten Lives Alone: Are Her & Jackson White Still Together?

The actress made a surprising confession when she appeared on the October 1 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast. She revealed that she lives alone after moving to Los Angeles more than two years ago.

Yes, Van Patten and White are still together. In the same podcast where she revealed she lives alone, Van Patten also spoke at length about her relationship with White, confirming that they’re still an item.
While speaking about the romance in an August 2025 interview with People, Van Patten said, “Our relationship feels very grounded and easy, and we really understand each other. And he’s such a dedicated, ambitious human that I learn from every day, and he’s so extremely supportive.”
How did Grace Van Patten and Jackson White meet?
The couple met on a Zoom call during the audition process for Tell Me Lies. Van Patten had already been cast in the role of Lucy, and White was auditioning to play her toxic boyfriend, Stephen.
Van Patten said on Call Her Daddy that she thought White was super “serious” at first and wasn’t sure if they’d get along. However, when they met in person for the next round of auditions, she noticed a “completely different energy.” She added, “It really took me to meet him in person to be like, ‘This guy’s the best.'”
Their first date came before production on Tell Me Lies even began. White was working on a movie with one of Van Patten’s friends’ boyfriends, and they all went out to dinner afterward. She and White “vibed instantly,” she admitted.
“We sat on a stoop for, I think, like, six hours and talked about every reason why we should not act on this,” the actress shared. “And then I kissed him.” The rest was history.
