According to Netflix, “Mike considers himself a ‘jack of all trades’ who loves to spread the wealth. During his time in the pods, he mentioned that he is part of a tribe. While he did not share much about his tribe, he shared, “a bunch of guys that are wealthy are part of it.”
Based on Mike’s Instagram and LinkedIn presence, it is clear that he is part of Gobundance, an organization for people with over a $1 million net worth. As Gobundance puts it, they are “the Tribe for healthy, wealthy, generous people who choose to lead epic lives.”

On October 2, TikTok user Story Time With Rikkii exposed numerous documents alleging that Mike and his business, Zen Haus Homes, owe service providers and small businesses thousands of dollars each in unpaid wages.
A cleaning service named Scrub Club Denver claimed, “You owe us thousands of dollars, Mike. On October 7, ahead of the next batch of Season 9 episodes, Mike posted on Instagram. “Still learning, still growing. I’m not perfect and I never will be, but my intentions have always come from a place of curiosity, care, and wanting to understand people better,” he began. “Sometimes when you’re moving fast and stepping into things that push you out of your comfort zone, you’re going to stumble. That’s part of learning, part of life, and part of growth.”

In the pods, Mike dated “Sparkle Megan,” a 35-year-old holistic nutrition consultant and brand owner, with whom he bonded over their shared values of wealth and health. While Megan confidently shared that the 38-year-old investor was the kind of guy she would have gone for in the past, she took a leap of faith by getting engaged to the 29-year-old single dad, Jordan Keltner, instead.
In Episode 9, Mike showed up at the cast meetup and had a one-on-one conversation with Megan. He admitted that he’d picked out a ring to propose with before she chose Jordan. He also made a point to apologize for making Megan cry in the pods. Jordan also revealed at the reunion that Mike is one of his best friends from his time on the show, so there is definitely no bad blood between Megan’s top connections. At the same time, a fan slid into Jordan’s DMs to (falsely) tell him that Megan had given birth to Mike’s baby after the show. While it turns out that Sparkle Megan did have a Sparkle Baby between filming and the reunion, her new partner is a CEO named Paul, not Mike.
