After the emotional roller coaster that was Married at First Sight Season 19, we’re strapped in for Season 20. Not only is the cast bigger than ever, the drama seems to be, too. You get exactly what we mean when you watch the newly released trailer.

Since the show’s 2014 debut, we’ve seen dozens of couples meet at the altar for the first time, matched by the experts. From there, we’ve gone on a weeks-long journey with them as they live together as a married couple, deciding whether or not to stay together at the end of the process.

About a month ahead of the Season 20 premiere, Peacock revealed the full cast list, confirming that the participants would include The Circle and Perfect Match alum Nick Uhlenhuth. The show also shared the new team of experts who will guide the couples along the way. Who are the Married at First Sight Season 20 experts?

Dr. Pepper Schwartz — who had been on the team since the show’s beginning — Pastor Cal Roberson, and Dr. Pia Holec released statements explaining that they’d no longer be experts on the show in January 2026.

Replacing them are Paul C. Brunson, “an internationally renowned matchmaker and relationship coach with more than 25 years of experience, guiding people toward meaningful, lasting relationships,” according to Peacock. He has over 690,000 followers on Instagram.

Joining him is Dr. Lisa Paz, an “experienced clinical sex and marriage therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy and relationship issues.” You can check out her website for more information.

What happened in Married at First Sight Season 19?
