‘Love Is Blind’ Season 9 Reunion: Are Edmond Harvey & Kalybriah Haskin Still Together?

It didn’t take long for Edmond Harvey and Kalybriah Haskin to only have eyes (or ears) for each other in Love Is Blind Season 9. However, by their wedding day, it seemed that one of them was singing a different tune.
The outgoing, vulnerable Edmond and the independent, grounded Kalybriah bonded quickly in the pods, developing an opposites-attract romance. “You’re my twin flame, but also do different than what I’m used to,” Kalybriah told Edmond in Episode 3. “I pray that I can love so gently, freely, and unconditionally as you.”
Despite their differences, Edmond and Kalybriah bonded over the fact that the former grew up in the foster care system, while Kalybriah works as a travel social worker. They had some deep conversations before they got engaged sight unseen. Last we saw, the couple made it to their wedding day — only to break things off in front of their family and friends. When did Edmond and Kalybriah get engaged on Love Is Blind?
Edmond proposed to KB in Episode 3, and they didn’t voice any hesitations before taking the next step in their relationship. Before Edmond popped the question, Kalybriah read him a heartfelt letter. “For all of those times you wasn’t chosen, I promise I will make it up to you,” she said. “You weren’t chosen then, but it’s because God saved you for me now. I can’t wait to show you off.”
After exchanging “I love yous,” Kalybriah said yes to Edmond’s proposal. “I’m on Cloud 12 right now,” Edmond exclaimed, jumping over the couch in excitement and cheering.
Who else did Edmond and Kalybriah date in the pods?
Based on the footage included in the show, Edmond and KB only stuck together during the dating episodes. “When it comes to Edmond, I truly feel safe,” Kalybriah, who also referred to Edmond as her best friend, said. “I feel vulnerable. It feels like I’ve known this man forever.”
Are Edmond and Kalybriah still together?
As frictionless as those first few episodes were, Edmond and Kalybriah experienced some bumps in the road once they hit the real world. Ultimately, on the wedding day, while Edmond enthusiastically said yes to a life with Kalybriah, she could not give him the same response. “I’m so sorry. You deserve someone that’s 100% at the altar. My no doesn’t mean that I don’t love you. It doesn’t mean that I don’t accept you.” It’s unclear where they stand today, but that’s what reunions are for!
Looking back at their Mexico vacation, Kalybriah asked what Edmond would do if a buff guy showed interest in her, and it didn’t sit well with her when Edmond said that he wouldn’t confront the guy. A short while later, they had their next argument at a cast pool party. In Episode 6, Edmond told the guys that Kalybriah was waiting to have sex until they married. When they discussed it afterward, Kalybriah said she thought her decision would strengthen their relationship. Edmond responded that he was “more locked in emotionally” out of the two of them.
Kalybriah brought up that she also isn’t one to show affection all the time, after which Edmond was driven to tears. He said he was “too nice” and couldn’t get over his fiancée having one-night stands in the past.
Reunited with the other couples again at the Episode 9 Pod Squad reunion, Edmond made a comment comparing his relationship to that of Nick Amato and Annie Lancaster, setting off Kalybriah. After telling him, “Admire don’t compare,” Kalybriah questioned, “This is the place to bring that sh*t up at?”
During Episode 11, Edmond and Kalybriah continued to argue as Kalybriah claimed that Edmond wouldn’t take accountability. She told him, “I can’t force you to want to grow up.” Later adding, “The guy I fell in love with in the pods, the guy I was talking to for the first couple days in Mexico? That’s the guy I love.” We’ll have to wait until the reunion to see KB still feels the same way about her ex-fiancé.
