No, despite various rumors about the couple having a baby over the years, they’ve never had a child together. Even before Stefani and Shelton tied the knot, tabloids and other media outlets reported that they were trying to have a biological child, or even adopt a baby, together, but there was never any verified truth to those rumors.

Although the two never had a baby together, Stefani has three children from her previous marriage to Gavin Rossdale, and Shelton has become an important father figure in their lives.
Stefani gave birth to her first son, Kingston, in May 2006, followed by son Zuma in August 2008, and another son, Apollo, in February 2014, just over a year before she and Rossdale split. While Shelton is not their biological father, he plays an important role in their lives.

For Father’s Day 2025, Stefani wrote on Instagram, “Happy Father’s day Dad and @blakeshelton!! we love u so much.” Kingston and Zuma have followed in their parents’ musical footsteps, and Shelton has also taken them under his wing when it comes to music. Both teenagers have performed at the country singer’s bar in Nashville.
In 2024, Shelton told Entertainment Tonight that becoming a stepdad changed him “in every possible way.”
“When people say it’s not about you anymore when you have a kid…I think if you’re doing it right, it’s not about you anymore. That’s true,” he admitted. He also opened up about introducing the boys to his country lifestyle, adding, “Whether it’s music, whether it’s literally getting out, getting their hands in the dirt or being out on the ranch, seeing the animals, whatever, you know? I absolutely love being the person that gets to introduce them to that stuff.”
He also said on the Today show that he knows what it’s like to have stepparents. “I try to be careful about when to step back and be smart about when to step back and just talk, but no matter what, I’m always there if I’m needed,” he confirmed.
