Is ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ Star Madelein Perez Pregnant? The Latest Update

Madelein Perez and Luke Berry‘s wedding weekend just got a lot more interesting.

During the December 15 episode of The Other Way, Madelein lets Luke know that she isn’t feeling quite herself. From feeling dizzy to having to step out of the car to puke, things are not looking good for the soon-to-be married couple. While her ailments could just be those of a cold or a bug, she is quick to jump to one conclusion: Is she pregnant?

Below, we’re breaking down everything we know about The Other Way couple as they head into their wedding day, including why Madelein thinks she could be pregnant and what her fiancé had to say about her new symptoms.

Is 90 Day Fiancé star Madelein Perez pregnant?

At this time, Madelein has not confirmed that she is pregnant. However, she and her fiancé, Luke, worry that she may have accidentally become pregnant during the days leading up to their wedding. In the December 15 episode, Madelein starts feeling incredibly ill as the couple travels to a plot of land they’re scoping out for a business. Before she told Luke, Madelein told the viewers, “This is not the way I want to start my weekend wedding. I’ve been feeling dizzy and weird. We have sex with no protection, and I say ‘No, no, no, I don’t pregnant, I don’t pregnant.’ But I really start to [think], ‘Oh my God, maybe I’m going to be?'”

Madelein also confided that she does not think now is the right time to have a baby with Luke. “I don’t think this is the moment we should be have a baby,” she explained. “We have so many problems, and I don’t feel, right now, I prepared for that.”

Later, she told Luke, “You remember, like two months ago, I told you, ‘Baby, I don’t feel good.’ I was wanted ice cream every day. I’m eating so weird, and I tell you, ‘Baby, I don’t have any energy, I just always in my bed.’ Like, you realize what they’re talking about?” That’s when Luke finally asked, “Are you telling me that you’re pregnant right now?”

While Madelein hasn’t actually taken a pregnancy test yet, she did tell Luke, “Yes. I told you so many times. We will be careful when we have sex.” Seeing as Madelein has a test in hand, it looks like we’ll find out the answer soon.

Has Madelein said anything about pregnancy on her social media?

As of December 16, 2025, Madelein has not mentioned a potential pregnancy on her social media accounts, and neither has Luke. In fact, while they do appear in each other’s content, neither has given any confirmation that they have gotten married, either. While we’re sure that news will come after future episodes air, we’ll be sure to keep an eye on social media for any updates about this couple and the rest of the Season 7 cast.
