Yes, Ryan and Emilia are still together. Despite fan concern about their relationship status due to his recent social media activity, Ryan told TMZ in February, “We are still very happily married! Celebrating 14 years together. And yes, she still puts up with me.”
Ryan’s rep also told Daily Mail that his decision to post less of Emilia was for “security” purposes. “He decided to change his posts to business, due to security issues, and his continued focus on his businesses,” the rep said in a statement.
The couple proved they were very much going strong by posing for photos together at the premiere of Owning Manhattan Season 2, which Emilia posted about on her page.
How many kids does Ryan Serhant have?
Ryan and Emilia have one child. Their daughter, Zena, was born in 2019.

How did Ryan and Emilia Serhant meet?
In a 2018 Facebook video, Ryan recalled his first date with Emilia, which took place at a wine bar named Vintry on Stone Street in New York City. The outing came one day after their first meeting in 2011.
“I went to a townhouse open house to meet Jewish girls and a developer because I’m a real estate broker,” Ryan shared. “I want to sell real estate, but also, I thought I would get a Jewish girl to tell me what to do for the rest of my life, and instead, I met Emilia. She thought I was gay. My yarmulke kept falling off. That’s how we met. She followed up with me the next day, and I said, ‘That’s all I get? A simple follow-up?’ And she said, ‘What else do you want?’ I said, ‘Drinks tonight.'”
Ryan proposed in Times Square in 2014, and the couple got married in Greece in July 2016.
Who is Emilia Serhant?
Emilia is a former lawyer who now works at her husband’s real estate agency. She joined the company as an employee in September.
“Growing up in a real estate family between New York and Athens, I have always had a passion for the business,” Emilia said, per Realtor.com. “When it came to choosing a brokerage and reviewing my options, and after weighing them all carefully, I ultimately chose SERHANT. Of course, that decision had absolutely nothing to do with my husband—it’s simply the best and most innovative firm to build a career in real estate today.”
Prior to transitioning into real estate, Emilia practiced maritime law until 2016 at MSC USA. She then worked in land title insurance until 2025 and was first employed by Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and then Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, per LinkedIn. Emilia received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Kent and a Master of Laws in maritime law at University College London. She also studied at BPP University from 2008 to 2010.
Emilia wrote a children’s book in 2020 and is a “dedicated philanthropist,” with a passion for projects including Building Better Decisions, Project Sunshine, and Water.org.
