‘General Hospital’: Should Jack & Nina Get Together? (POLL)
Chris McKenna is sparking quite the debate! The General Hospital actor, who plays Jack Brennan on the soap, shared a sweet photo with fellow costar Cynthia Watros, aka Nina Reeves.
“Nina and Brennan bts #gh #brennan #nina,” he captioned the photo. Many fans in McKenna’s comments section began to wonder whether this could be teasing a possible romance between Jack and Nina in the future.
“Oooohhhh are we hinting at a future story/pairing? #Ninnan #TeamNina,” one fan wrote. Another added, “Well, now, this is a cute couple I could root for. Perhaps a bit in the future, though. We need to see Carly’s Revenge play out first, I think.” One even pointed out, “I could see you two together. Another man Nina takes from Carly.”
However, some were firmly on Team Carly (Laura Wright) and Jack, with no room for Nina. “Great picture, oh boy I’m sure hoping Brennan is not going to start a romance with Nina. Carly and Brennan are best together and have such incredible chemistry hoping they find way to make it all work out,” a fan commented. One viewer simply stated, “No Brennan belongs with Carly and Nina belongs gone.”

Wright gave the Carly and Jack shippers an extra push of support, which led McKenna to post a photo with Wright the same day. “Had to post this cuz SOMEONE got jealous! #Jackly #GH #Carly #Brennan,” he captioned the photo. Wright responded in the comments, “Haaaa that’s right !!!!” A fan declared Jack and Carly their “favorite Carly pairing since Todd Manning!” Another fan called Jack and Carly their “favorite couple on GH.”
Carly and Jack’s current storyline could create a window of opportunity for a Jack and Nina romance. Carly is furious with Jack for bringing Josslyn into the WSB, but she’s not letting him know exactly how she feels just yet. Carly’s playing the long game with Jack, but knowing Carly, she won’t be able to hold out much longer. Could Jack’s betrayal and Carly’s fury over it lead him into the arms of another woman?
