No, Dropkin is not married, but he is engaged to Gabby Tachis. He proposed in June 2025, then shared the exciting news on Instagram.
“Thirty and engaged — what a week!” Dropkin wrote, along with a photo from after the engagement. “Grateful for all the love, messages, and memories. Feeling lucky to celebrate this milestone with the people I love.”
He later posted photos from their apparent engagement shoot in honor of Tachis’ birthday. “A weekend of celebrating you. ❤️,” he captioned the October 2025 post.

It’s unclear exactly how long Dropkin and Tachis have been together, but he seemingly posted her on social media for the first time back in October 2023.
What does Gabby Tachis do for a living?
Since February 2025, Tachis has worked as a purchasing coordinator for Innovative Office Solutions in Duluth, Minnesota, according to LinkedIn. Prior to that, she was an assistant buyer at Maurices, a store in Duluth.
From 2022 to June 2024, Tachis was employed by USA Curling, working as a membership services manager and then E-commerce and national team manager. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, with a degree in sports management.
Before moving to Minnesota, she spent time in Colorado, Utah, and California.

No, Dropkin and Thiesse are strictly professional partners in curling and do not have a romantic relationship off the ice. While Dropkin is planning his wedding to Tachis, Thiesse married her husband, Sam Thiesse, in June 2022.
