We last saw you on 90 Day: The Last Resort. What can you tell us about your life between then and now?
Sophie Sierra: Since The Last Resort, I guess I’ve just really been focusing on my growth and healing and things like that. Really taking time for myself and trying to become a better version of me.
At the start of the season, you mention that you’re currently working on getting a divorce from Rob. Can you give us an update on where you’re at in that process today?
Sophie: Divorce is a very long process, so it’s still not finalized, but it’s definitely being worked on.
During such a stressful process, you can definitely use a girls’ trip! When did you go to the Dominican Republic with Liz Woods and Julia Trubkina?
Sophie: The trip was around March 2025.
The Hunt for Love Tell All was filmed around January 2025. Did you expect to hear your name?
Sophie: I did expect to hear my name on the Tell All because I think, like, I just knew where [Rob’s] head was at that point. So I kind of thought at some point I would hear my name. It wasn’t really a shock.
Are you surprised that he shared the news about you and Pedro?
Sophie: I am surprised about that, because I don’t be gossiping about his love life! I felt like that was kind of my place to talk about, and at that time, no one knew. So that was a little bit like, “Okay, I didn’t expect him to tell, but especially so publicly.”
How did you meet Pedro?
Sophie: We met on social media. I saw him first. He came up with my explore page, and this was before I even knew who he was. I think a lot of people think I’ve seen Chantel’s family’s season, and I’ve actually never watched that one. So he’s not someone that I was thinking about, but when I saw him, he was cute and confident, so I followed him, and then he DM’d me first.
Ahead of your trip to the Dominican Republic, had you met Pedro in person?
Sophie: Yeah, we’d met about two or three times before the DR trip. We’ve hung out before.
At the start of your trip, you talk a little bit about the stage of your relationship. Were you and Pedro exclusive when you went to the Dominican Republic?
Sophie: No, I was not ready for a relationship at that point — like at all.
What about your connection with Pedro was different from your past relationships?
Sophie: It was definitely different in terms of how full-on he was. I kind of liked it, but at the same time, it was a bit scary because he’s someone who knows what he wants, and he makes it very known. He’s just very expressive, which was different.
One of those full-on moments was when Pedro had decorated that van for you and your friends, which you mentioned was a little bit over the top. Did that gesture give you the ick?
Sophie: I think that would be a really nice thing to do for your girlfriend, or your fiancé, or your wife. I just felt like, especially in front of my friends, I felt like he was claiming me. And so it made me a bit scared, because I wasn’t ready. So it was cute, but it was hard to enjoy, because I’m like, “Well, what does this mean?”
