Bailey is an interior designer. She graduated from Texas State University with an interior design degree and now owns the company 2B Designed.
Per her website bio, Bailey’s experience “spans residential, construction, and home flipping, which allows me to approach projects with both a creative eye and a practical mindset.”

How long has Colby Donaldson been with his wife?
Not much is known about how Donaldson and Bailey’s relationship began. They tied the knot in September 2016 and currently live in Austin, Texas, but it’s unclear how they met or exactly when they started dating.
However, their relationship seems to date back years before their wedding, as they have a child born in 2009 (more on that below).
Donaldson and Bailey seemingly split at some point after tying the knot, as she shared an Instagram post in February 2025 about how they were “rebuilding” their relationship. “Plot twist- Who knew second chances could feel this amazing?” she wrote. “Rebuilding has been a wild, beautiful ride—stronger, happier, and full of all the good stuff. Here’s to love that finds its way back and round two that’s even sweeter! 🤍.”
The split happened sometime after 2021, as Bailey posted a throwback to her wedding with Donaldson in May of that year.
Does Colby Donaldson have kids?
Donaldson and Bailey share one child, a daughter named Brinley, who was born on June 23, 2009. Bailey celebrated Brin’s 16th birthday with an Instagram post in June 2025.

“Happy Sweet 16 💕 to the sweetest soul I know!” she wrote. “You light up every room with your kindness, your fun-loving spirit, and your love for animals and people alike. You make life brighter just by being you. So proud of the young woman you’re becoming—can’t wait to see all the beauty this next chapter brings!”
Did Colby Donaldson date Jerri Manthey?
Donaldson and Manthey played Survivor together three times (Seasons 2, 8, and 20) and formed a close friendship, despite not always working together in the confines of the game.
During Season 2, Manthey flirted with Donaldson on the beach, and in a 2021 interview, she confirmed that he was reciprocating that behavior, even if it wasn’t shown. The two never dated in real life, but Manthey confirmed that they did hook up once after HvV in 2010.
“We were in New York, and we went to a strip club together,” she dished. “We had a lot of fun together that particular evening. It was kind of our ‘water under the bridge’ moment. We had a really good time that night; he bought me a lap dance. We laughed, we joked, we went out to dinner, and then the next night, I think there was some other event we were all at, and he took off with Parvati [Shallow]. So he’s one of those guys, enjoy the moment while it’s there ’cause it’s probably not gonna be there the next day.”
She confirmed that whatever happened between them was just for “one night” and described it as “one and done.”
Ahead of Season 50, Donaldson reflected on his past with Manthey and said that they actually had a close relationship on Season 20, despite working with different alliances. “None of this aired because it didn’t make for compelling TV since neither one of us made it to the end, so it just wasn’t part of the storyline, but Jerri and I actually took off every day and went fishing,” he told Entertainment Weekly.
He clarified that there was “no romance” and described it as a “brother and sister” relationship. “There’s no doubt in my mind we would get along now if she were here [for Season 50],” he added. “And so I would love to see Jerri on the beach if for no other reason [than] because she’d be a friendly face, I’d have an ally, and no one would suspect it.”
Donaldson admitted that he and Manthey haven’t talked “in 16 years,” but said there’s “no bad blood” between them. “All that’s water under the bridge,” he added.
