‘Southern Hospitality’: Are Will Kulp & Emmy Sharrett Still Together?
Southern Hospitality returns for Season 4 on Wednesday, March 4, but Will Kulp will no longer be part of the cast. In July 2025, he announced that he was not filming for the fourth season with the rest of his castmates.
The decision came after an explosive Season 3 for Will and longtime girlfriend Emmy Sharrett. While Will was away at law school, it was alleged that he cheated on Emmy, and various cast members also accused him of talking badly about her behind her back. The heat was on the couple all season long, and Will even skipped the Season 3 reunion because of it.

Did Will Kulp cheat on Emmy Sharrett?
Will and Emmy have both vehemently denied the cheating allegations. “I’m not dumb,” Emmy told ET in January 2025. “If Will did cheat on me, I would never speak to him again. Goodbye. I take no s**t. I know Will like the back of my hand. That man, he’s never cheated on me. He’s many things, but a cheater is not one of them.
She reiterated this in an interview with Us Weekly around the same time, telling the outlet she was “110% sure” that Will was not unfaithful. “I do not believe Will cheated on me at all, for one second,” she added.
Meanwhile, Will shut down the rumors as the accusations were made throughout Season 4, although he did admit to bad mouthing Emmy behind her back.
Are Will Kulp and Emmy Sharrett still together?
Despite everything that’s been said about their relationship, Will and Emmy are going strong. In fact, they got engaged in May 2025. Will popped the question during a trip to Saint Tropez.
As of November 2025, Will and Emmy still had not set a wedding date. “I might’ve talked about getting married for a long time, but I’ve never actually thought about my wedding and what I’d want and where I’d want it or how many people or the color scheme. So, it is a work in progress, to say the least,” Emmy admitted at BravoCon, adding that the process has been “stressful.”
However, she did go shopping for wedding dresses in January 2026, so it appears things are moving along.
While Emmy initially envisioned a 2025 proposal and 2026 wedding, the timeline seems to have been moved back a bit now. Will finishes law school in spring 2026.
How did Will Kulp and Emmy Sharrett meet?
Will and Emmy met in the fall of 2021 while he was her trainer at F45 in Charleston. Will was seemingly working at Republic, the bar Southern Hospitality is centered on, as a bartender first, with Emmy eventually joining the staff as a VIP server.
They were both working at Republic when the show premiered in 2022. Emmy still works at Republic, while Will stopped working there at some point in 2023 amid his law school journey.
