Who Is ‘NCIS’ Star Rocky Carroll’s Wife? Meet His Longtime Love
NCIS just shocked the fandom with its latest twist. In a surprise no one saw coming, Rocky Carroll‘s Leon Vance was killed off in the March 24 episode.
Carroll has been a cast member on the long-running CBS procedural since Season 5, and his wife, Gabrielle Bullock, has been by his side throughout his tenure on NCIS. Since his run with NCIS has come to an end, we’re taking a look at Rocky Carroll and Gabrielle Bullock’s marriage, which is celebrating a major milestone this year.
Who is Rocky Carroll’s wife?
Carroll is married to Gabrielle Bullock. The couple said “I do” in 1996, which means they’re celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary this year.
Bullock is originally from New York City, and she eventually moved to California with Carroll. She attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City and was accepted to the Rhode Island School of Design. She was the second Black female to graduate from the architecture department of the Rhode Island School of Design.
When she’s not working, Bullock loves to read, listen to music, and rearrange her house, per the Los Angeles Times. “It’s kind of a blessing and a curse, but it’s what I like to do,” she told the outlet.
What does Rocky Carroll’s wife do for a living?
Bullock is currently the director of global diversity at Perkins&Will, an architecture firm. “They have allowed me to focus on what I wanted to do. I’m not interested in flamboyant projects. For me, there has to be some higher social impact,” Bullock told the Los Angeles Times about her job.
She explained to Madame Architect that her role at the firm is to “strategize and lead all things diversity, inclusion, and engagement. This can be from how to retain and recruit diverse talent, to how to build and maintain a culture of diversity and inclusion, and how to implement policies and things that will allow that to happen.”
Do Rocky Carroll and Gabrielle Bullock have kids?
Carroll and Bullock have a 24-year-old daughter named Elissa. The couple adopted their daughter when she was a newborn. “I tried to have children, couldn’t, and so [we] adopted her,” she told Madame Architect. “I will tell you that having my child was as planned as it could be.”
Bullock was a working mom throughout Elissa’s childhood, which was “stressful” at times, but she didn’t start traveling for work until Elissa was eight. “Before the travel, things were fine – I’d go home, I didn’t work late, I took her to the doctor when I needed to. A normal existence,” she noted.
