Yes, Khalil has welcomed her third child. The actress kept her pregnancy under wraps and never publicly confirmed she was expecting. However, in October 2025, fans spotted Khalil with a baby bump when Y&R shared a video of the cast on set while they were filming a Halloween episode. She gave birth in late 2025 or early 2026.
On March 1, Khalil posted an Instagram carousel that featured the first photos of her newborn. Days before her return to Y&R, Khalil shared another post including photos and video of her new baby.

The actress now has three children. She has a son, Michael, with her first husband, Stephen Hensley. Her first child was born in 2010. Bryton James, Khalil’s onscreen brother, is her son’s godfather. Khalil now has two children with her second husband, Sam Restagno.
Who is Christel Khalil’s husband?
Khalil’s husband is a Canadian businessman. Restagno is a cofounder of Golden Spruce Capital and serves as the company’s Managing Partner. He “leads the acquisition and diligence efforts and supports portfolio company operators,” per his company’s website.
The Y&R star and her now-husband announced their engagement in April 2023. Khalil has been married to Restagno since 2024. The couple wed in a romantic ceremony in Puglia, Italy.

The couple met at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2016. When Khalil and Restagno started dating, they were doing “a long-distance thing for a couple of years,” she told Soap Opera Digest. Khalil and her son moved to Toronto to be with Restagno in 2019. The following year, Khalil and her son returned to Los Angeles, this time with Restagno.
