‘The Voice’: Get to Know Jared Shoemaker’s Girlfriend Chapin
Jared Shoemaker made a name for himself with his Battle Round performance on Season 29 of The Voice. He was the final artist to perform during the Blind Auditions and earned the last spot on Adam Levine‘s team, but proved that he deserved to be there when he went head-to-head with Drew Russell on a duet of “Leather and Lace” in the Battles.
Before taking the stage to perform, Jared opened up about his relationship with his girlfriend, Chapin.
“Most of the challenges in our relationship center around my life as a musician,” Jared admitted. “Every weekend, I’m in a different town, so being gone a lot is very difficult. But she’s here to back me all the way. She’s the one that pushed me to sign up. If it wasn’t for her, I would not be here.”
