Are Bravo Stars Justin Assada & Charley Manley Dating?
There’s nothing we love more than a Bravo crossover! Southern Hospitality is a spinoff of Southern Charm, and both are set in Charleston, so it wouldn’t come as a surprise if two cast members from the shows started dating.
In March, rumors surfaced that that was the case for Justin Assada and Charley Manley, who joined Southern Hospitality and Southern Charm, respectively, during their most recent seasons. Charley eventually broke her silence on the rumors.
So, what’s the deal between these two? Swooon rounded up everything to know.
Are Justin Assada and Charley Manley dating?
Yes, Justin and Charley are dating. She confirmed their relationship at the Southern Charm Season 11 reunion in March. At first, Charley only revealed that her new man is from Boston and works at a club, but costar Salley Carson took things a step further by adding, “He’s on Southern Hospitality.”
That’s when Charley flat-out said, “It’s Justin Assada.” Justin joined the staff of Republic, a Charleston nightclub, in 2025.
Prior to the reunion, fans speculated that Charley and Justin were an item. The rumor first surfaced on Instagram, with a fan account claiming, “These two have been together since September and are one hot Charleston couple.”
How did Justin Assada and Charley Manley meet?
While it’s not explicitly clear how Justin and Charley met, they seemingly run in the same circles in Charleston. Craig Conover confirmed at the Southern Charm reunion that he knows who Justin is and revealed that the Southern Hospitality newbie comes to his bar sometimes. Charley and Justin likely crossed paths amid the Charleston scene.
Did Charley Manley date Craig Conover?
Yes, Charley and Craig had a brief romance on Season 11 of Southern Charm. They went on two dates during the course of the show, and although Craig confirmed they were never exclusively dating, he did say at the Southern Charm reunion that there were more dates that weren’t filmed.
The exes have differing accounts of why and when the relationship ended. Craig accused Charley of talking to other guys while they were together and not being honest with him about it, which she denied. Charley said that she told Craig she was still on the dating app Raya during their fling.

Regarding Charley’s romance with Justin, Craig insisted, “I gave you a lot of chances to tell me you were talking to someone else, and you actually never did.” Despite thinking the relationship with Charley would “make it out of filming,” Craig ended up finding out about the new man in Charley’s life from Austen Kroll.
Meanwhile, Charley said she was done with Craig after a cast trip to Mexico, where she witnessed his behavior towards Salley and did not like what she saw. “It’s awkward because I’ve already made up in my mind that I don’t see him, like, romantically anymore,” Charley admitted on the show. “But I don’t really know if he’s picking up on my change in feelings.” She ended their relationship in the season finale.
“Craig, I had every intention of continuing to, like, hang out with you afterwards. And then in Mexico, I decided I didn’t want to do that anymore,” Charley insisted at the reunion.
