A new batch of tempters took Temptation Island by storm. Xzavier Odom was the first to introduce himself out of all the single guys in Season 2. “I’m the type of guy who loves love,” he said in his voiceover. “I’m a hopeless romantic, and I want to find that true love out there.”
Xzavier quickly charmed Sydney McGregor, who arrived at the island with her boyfriend, Mikey Bivens. She picked Xzavier for her first date and continued to grow closer to him over the course of the season. As she got to know him, Sydney confided in Xzavier about the relationship problems that brought her to the island.

Who is Xzavier Odom from Temptation Island Season 2?
26-year-old Xzavier splits his time between Charlotte, North Carolina, and Los Angeles, California, like Sydney. He’s originally from Michigan. He studied mechanical engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, per his LinkedIn, and Michigan State University before that. There, he was on the track team, so his pickup line during introductions — “I used to be a track star, so I got all the endurance you need” — tracks. (Ha.)
Xzavier also dabbles in music, as viewers already know. He broke out his guitar skills while he was in the villa. Music is important to him when it comes to finding a partner. “My biggest turn-on is a great smile and laugh, and I appreciate someone with good music taste,” he told Tudum. “A major turn-off for me is someone who is unkind to others or takes themselves too seriously.”

Do Sydney and Xzavier end up together on Temptation Island Season 2?
Sydney was the only member of the original four couples to leave with someone new. After officially ending things with Mikey, Sydney had a talk with Xzavier at the final bonfire. She asked him to leave with her, explaining that they’d already had some talks about what they’d do post-show. Xzavier didn’t hesitate to accept and throw his arms around her.
“Honestly, it’s just so nice to have somebody who sees me for who I am and is always there to give me a different perspective and tell me what they see in me and what I deserve,” she began, “and show up like that every single day… I would be lying if I didn’t tell you I genuinely have fallen in love with you.”
“I’ve been loving you for some time, Sydney,” Xzavier replied. “You make it really easy. I want you in my life. I know I’m going to have you in it, and I look forward in continuing to grow with you.”
