The reality show’s premise has drawn in viewers for decades. After premiering originally on Fox in 2001, it has moved networks a few times before landing on Netflix. The setup has remained the same: Under the guidance of relationship expert Mark. L Walberg, four couples headed to a remote island to see if their rocky relationships were salvageable or past the point of no return.
Separated into villas filled with single tempters, the couples either chose to remain together, break up and leave alone, or pursue a relationship with a tempter. Netflix seems to agree that the formula makes for solid reality TV. Who is still together from Temptation Island Season 2?
Summit Wallace and Kaylee Needham were the only couple to leave together and stay together. Cole Mueller and Scarlett Bentley broke up at the final bonfire, but got back together in the months since filming. Jack Mason and Shyanne Blankenship remained split. Mikey Bivens and Sydney McGregor broke up, but got back together shortly after leaving the island, despite Sydney leaving with tempter Xzavier Odom.
