‘Outlander’s Sam Heughan Is Quinn’s New Star: Listen to His Audio Erotica Teaser
What To Know
- Audio erotica app Quinn has teased an upcoming collaboration with Outlander actor Sam Heughan.
- The teaser video featured Outlander references such as the Skye Boat theme.
- Quinn announced the new audio release on May 6.
From the Scottish Highlands to the audio booth! Sam Heughan has brought the heat over the years as Outlander‘s Jamie Fraser, and he’s about to put those skills to use in a different medium.
Audio erotica app Quinn has attracted a number of high-profile actors since its inception, including The Pitt‘s Shawn Hatosy, as well as Heated Rivalry‘s Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie. Before every collaboration is officially announced, Quinn hints at its next star with a series of teasers on social media. The latest featured that familiar Skye Boat theme song fans have heard over the past eight seasons. In the comments, users immediately guessed that Heughan would narrate Quinn’s next sexy story.
“Hello, Sassenach…” reads the video’s caption, which pans to a pair of pink headphones atop what appears to be a tartan kilt. If that wasn’t already confirmation enough that Heughan would be narrating a Quinn romance, the glass of whiskey pictured in the shot was a sure enough sign. The actor owns a brand called Sassenach Spirits, after all!

A few hours later, Quinn revealed a video in which Heughan himself appears, confirming his involvement in its “Three Days in Galloway” story. Heughan plays Callum MacKay, the groundskeeper of a Scottish luxury wellness retreat. There, he reunites with his former love Olivia, a British princess working in Glasgow. It’s Quinn’s first multi-cast member original, with Nicolette Chin voicing Olivia. Sarah Whitehouse and Quinn creator “The Scotsman” join them to narrate the second chance romance.
“Narrating audio erotica was a first for me, but I really enjoyed the process, and I honestly believe the people are going to fall in love with this story,” Heughan told Cosmopolitan. “I hope the listeners take away that there’s something powerful about second chances. Getting to see someone again with 15 years of perspective. It is never too late to fight for someone you love.”

Jamie is no stranger to whispering sweet nothings into Claire’s (Caitriona Balfe) ear, and Heughan will give Quinn subscribers the same treatment soon. The first episode will be released on May 8, followed by two more. Quinn subscribers can listen to a nine-minute teaser of Episode 1 right now.
You probably already have your calendar marked for a different reason: It’s the same day that Outlander drops its penultimate episode. So, fans can either listen to the Quinn story right away or save it for after Outlander ends for good the following week. We don’t know about you, but we’ll be doing the latter. We’ll need something to fill that Outlander void! Or, we can just listen to it multiple times. That sounds like a solid plan, too.
