‘RHORI’: Who Is Alicia Carmody’s Fiancé? Why They Haven’t Married & More
From Rulla Nehme Pontarelli’s husband’s affair to Kelsey Swanson breaking up with her boyfriend of a decade, there’s a ton of relationship drama happening on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. And while Alicia Carmody’s own relationship issues haven’t been at the forefront of the show in recent episodes, she has her own things to work out at home as well.
Alicia has been engaged to Bill “Billy” Kitsilis for 10 years, but they have yet to tie the knot. On the show, she has opened up about why she’s hesitant to walk down the aisle.

What does Billy Kitsilis do for a living?
Billy helps run his family’s pizza restaurants in Rhode Island. They include Pizza Mamma, Angelo’s Palace Pizza, and Antonio’s Pizza by the Slice (which also has locations in Massachusetts). In 2024, Billy was appointed to the National Restaurant Association board of directors.
He also has a law degree from Boston College and works as an attorney, advocating for the rights of small restaurant owners.
Do Alicia Carmody and Billy Kitsilis have kids?
Yes, Alicia and Billy are parents to a daughter named Celina, who turned nine in March 2026. “I love you so much,” Alicia wrote in her birthday tribute on Instagram. “You’re not just my favorite person. You’re truly the best part of who I am. Life is better with you.”

Why aren’t Alicia Carmody and Billy Kitsilis married?
Alicia said she hasn’t married Billy yet because she had issues with the prenuptial agreement he proposed. She insisted that she’s totally fine signing a prenup, but wanted to make sure she was taken care of in the agreement. In the initial paperwork that Billy proposed, he was “not even leaving [her] with a penny, nothing,” Alicia revealed, adding that Billy also wouldn’t put her name on the home they share.
“I was like, I will sign a prenup. I don’t want to take away from what you did in the past. I don’t want your businesses with your family and your friends and everything, but, like, I just want something,” Alicia explained on the RHORI after-show.
Most of all, Alicia was concerned that the person she was marrying didn’t seem to trust her. “I feel like people that know me and love me know that the reason why they love me the most is because they trust me,” she continued. “And the person that, like, I shared a daughter with didn’t trust me. So, I felt slighted by that. And that, like, caused a setback in our marriage. It’s made me feel like I’m not worthy enough.”
Alicia made sure to note that she is “obsessed” with Billy, and “he would die without me and I would die without him.” She also admitted that her own “insecurity” was likely holding her back from wanting to tie the knot.
