‘Rock the Block’: Who Is Taniya Nayak’s Husband? All About Her Love Life
Taniya Nayak has been on television for years, and while she’s best known for her role on Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible, she’s also become a staple on HGTV. Currently, Nayak is a cast member on Season 7 of Rock the Block, where she’s working with Drew Lachey to try to win the competition.
While Nayak’s speciality is interior design, she also has major connections to the food and service industry, which have remained in her life due to her marriage to Brian O’Donnell. She’s known her husband for more than 25 years, and they tied the knot nearly two decades ago.

What does Brian O’Donnell do for a living?
O’Donnell is a restaurant owner in Massachusetts. He owns several establishments, including Madre, Yellow Door, Two Saints Tavern, and Lower Mills Tavern, among others.
Nayak’s husband’s career in the hospitality industry began because he wanted to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps of managing a restaurant. He has spots “all over” the city of Boston, according to his bio.
O’Donnell has teamed up with Ken Casey, the singer of Dropkick Murphys, on some of his restaurant ventures.
How did Taniya Nayak meet her husband?
Nayak met her husband while she was working as a bartender to help put herself through design school. They first met in 2000, and O’Donnell was Nayak’s manager at the restaurant where she worked.

At the time, the two were in other relationships, and Nayak did not see her now-husband in a romantic light. They became friends and wound up dating after they both became single.
Nayak and O’Donnell tied the knot in 2007 in Puerto Rico.
Does Taniya Nayak have kids?
No, the couple does not have any children. She has been open about her fertility struggles, which ultimately led them to the decision to not have kids.
“We tried all the things,” Nayak shared. “It just didn’t happen. But we also came to terms with the fact that it just was not in the plan and made peace with that.” Instead, they have committed to going on an “epic” trip every year.
Nayak and O’Donnell also have a French bulldog named Flynn.
