’90 Day Fiance’: Why Are Jasmine & Gino Fighting Over an $18K Necklace?
What To Know
- 90 Day Fiancé stars Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are publicly feuding on social media.
- Gino claimed Jasmine refused to return his cross necklace after their split.
- Jasmine responded, calling his claim an “attack.”
90 Day Fiancé‘s most explosive couple — well, now exes — Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are back at it again with another major social media feud. So, why are they fighting over a necklace?
Gino and Jasmine joined the 90 Day Fiancé franchise during Season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Since then, they have appeared on multiple seasons within the franchise, including Before the 90 Days Season 6, 90 Day Fiancé Season 10, and 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2. After attempting to open their marriage after The Last Resort, the two officially ended their relationship.
Now that Gino has explored new relationships on 90 Day: The Single Life, and Jasmine’s been appearing on 90 Day Diaries with her partner, Matt Branistareanu, one would think they’ve moved on. On social media, they’re singing a different tune.
On May 17, 90 Day Fiancé‘s official Instagram account posted a video of Jasmine reading a letter from Matt’s mother. In the video, Jasmine is wearing a golden cross necklace.

Gino then reposted the video to his Story, claiming that the necklace is his and that Jasmine had previously told him she lost it. He wrote, “When can you give me back my diamond cut cross and gold chain you borrowed during the time we lived together that you are wearing in this diaries release from today?”
He continued, “When I asked for it back a few times shortly after our separation, you said you couldn’t find it! Well that was a lie! Why are you even wearing it?? I bought that as a teenager and [it] has sentimental value to me!”

Hours later, Jasmine posted a statement about Gino, referring to him as “my ex.” In the Instagram Story post, she claimed that he would likely come after her more now that The Single Life is coming to an end. She shared, “Babes… I can predict that the next coming months is gonna be a lot of social media attacks from my ex.”

“His ‘celebrity status’ is over,” she continued. “No more shows, no more nothing and as usual; the only times he gets attention is through me.” While Jasmine did not comment on the necklace, she made it clear that she felt his post was an “attack.”
