On May 22, TMZ reported that Patrick had filed for a divorce from Thaís after four years together. Are Patrick and Thaís still together?
It appears that Patrick and Thaís have split up after their run on 90 Day: The Last Resort. We’ll have to wait until the season airs to find out what really happens. However, with a divorce filing in motion, things aren’t looking good.
Heading into 90 Day: The Last Resort, TLC shared, “The past few years have been difficult for Patrick and Thaís, marked by the birth of their daughter, a move to Las Vegas, a failed business, family tragedy, and health issues. As Patrick works to recover financially and emotionally, tensions rise over spending, support, and communication. A growing lack of intimacy and Thaís’s desire to travel to Brazil more frequently, sometimes without Patrick, has further strained their relationship. With trust and respect issues escalating, the couple is struggling to stay connected.”
Was Thaís arrested?
There has not been official confirmation that Thaís has been arrested. However, there have been multiple reports claiming, “Clark County court records indicate that [Thaís] was booked on May 22 on a charge of domestic battery, first offense, and later released after posting a $3,000 bond.”
Why are Patrick and Thaís getting a divorce?
While the couple has not spoken out about their split, a rep told TMZ, “Out of respect for everyone involved, we believe it’s important not to jump to conclusions or contribute to speculation before all facts are properly clarified. Domestic matters can be deeply emotional and complex, and we encourage compassion, privacy, and due process for all parties involved. Our focus right now is simply ensuring that everyone is safe and supported. We appreciate the public’s understanding and ask for respect regarding their family and personal privacy during this time.”
On May 25, Thaís posted a collection of photos and videos, featuring their daughter Aleesi, but not Patrick. She wrote, “Lately / Thank you guys for so so so much love and support! Love you all!”

In the comments, multiple cast members of the upcoming season of The Last Resort sent their support. Rebecca Parrott wrote, “@thaisramoniee I’m here for you babe, love you and support you always!” Similarly, Kara Leona commented, “Love you honey,” while Paola Mayfield shared, “Always here for you.”
Why are Thaís and Shekinah feuding?
During the promo for The Last Resort, Thaís and Shekinah get into a massive argument, so it’s no surprise that they are feuding on social ahead of the season premiere. That said, many believe Shekinah took things too far when she commented, “[Thaís is] a violent person, period. Deport her a**.” In response, Yara Zaya defended Thaís, writing, “Shekinah is ready to deport everybody. So ridiculous. @thaisramoniee we support you.” Paola shared, “Calling another woman ‘violent’ while saying ‘deport her a**’ is crazy…”
“Some people, including former cast members, bots, and fake accounts, have started calling me anti-immigrant and racist,” Shekinah wrote back on her Instagram Story. “That accusation is completely unfair and far from who I am. I have a Hispanic daughter and an immigrant husband, and many immigrant exes friends and family. I would be one of the last people to stand against immigrants or any ethnicity… My comments are completely personal and related only to specific individuals and situations.”
