On May 26, TLC revealed that Season 2 of Jay & Pamela is on its way and even dropped a trailer. The GLAAD-nominated series follows Jay Manuel and Pamela Chavez, two adults living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3, a rare brittle bone disorder. This season, fans can expect new adventures, bigger milestones, and the exciting next phase of their life together.
The new season is set to premiere on Tuesday, June 30, at 10/9c on TLC, with new episodes airing Tuesdays, right after Baylen Out Loud Season 3. TLC teases, “Now settled into their own apartment with their beloved dog, Cheddar, Jay and Pamela are thriving as they navigate newfound independence, evolving family dynamics, and all the joyful, messy, and meaningful moments that come with adulthood and long-term partnership. As they dream bigger than ever before, the couple also begins exploring one of the most emotional questions of their journey yet: could a baby be in their future?”

Season 2 of Jay & Pamela is coming sooner rather than later! The new season will premiere on June 30. Ahead of the premiere, TLC shared, “Filled with heart, laughter, and unforgettable moments, Jay & Pamela continues to celebrate a one-of-a-kind love story that proves life’s biggest possibilities are within reach when you face them together.” New episodes will be available to stream the next day on HBO Max.
Yes! Along with the Season 2 announcement, TLC revealed a preview for the season. The network revealed, “This season, Jay and Pamela head to New York for their first-ever fashion show debut together, stepping into the spotlight for a major milestone moment. Back at home, they celebrate Jay turning 30, reflect on what it truly means to be on their own, and open up honest conversations about the future of their relationship and growing family dreams.”
What happened in Jay & Pamela Season 1?
If you’re just getting to know Jay and Pamela now, let us catch you up! During Season 1, the duo got married, despite apprehension from their families. Pamela told Swooon, “As you saw in the [premiere] episode, [it’s] a lot of heartbreak. I think it’s bittersweet, but I know I’m not the only one. I’m sure someone out there wishes they had the perfect cookie-cutter family, and that’s not the case, but that’s also okay. It doesn’t have to be perfect.” The season ended with Jay and Pamela’s wedding. Unfortunately, Pamela’s parents did not attend the ceremony.
