Who Is San Antonio Spurs’ Dylan Harper’s Girlfriend? His JoJo Lacey Romance

At just 20 years old, Dylan Harper is headed to the NBA Finals with the San Antonio Spurs. Less than a year after he was selected second overall in the 2025 NBA Draft, Harper is hoping to help lead his team to a championship trophy against the New York Knicks.

Throughout his 2026 playoff run, Harper has had the support of his girlfriend, JoJo Lacey, whom he’s been in a relationship with for about two years. The two are college sweethearts, and she is proudly repping the Spurs this playoff season.

Who is JoJo Lacey?

Like Harper, Lacey, who is from Pennsylvania, is a professional basketball player. She played college basketball at Boston University, where she studied undergrad from 2020 to 2024. From 2024 to 2025, she played at Rutgers University while pursuing a master’s degree in sports business.

She made her pro basketball debut in the Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball league, which takes place during the WNBA offseason.

Although she was undrafted in the 2025 WNBA draft, Lacey signed a training camp contract with the Washington Mystics, only to be waived by the team a few weeks later. Per her LinkedIn, she is currently “open to work” and located in San Antonio, Texas, so it appears she’s moved to be with Harper.

How tall is JoJo Lacey?

Per her athlete bio for Rutgers University, Lacey is 6’1″ tall. This makes her four inches shorter than her NBA star boyfriend, who is 6’5″.

How did JoJo Lacey and Dylan Harper meet?

Lacey and Harper met while they were both attending Rutgers University. They both played basketball for the Scarlet Knights for one season (2024 to 2025).

In 2025, Lacey completed her master’s degree and left Rutgers, while Harper left the same year because he declared for the NBA Draft.
